I loved the unit. I'm picky, but was really happy with the bathrooms, so clean and update, basically a walk in double sized shower, nicely stocked kitchen, everything you'd need and more. The couch is....small. Not a ton of furniture so that might be nice to have a few more comfy chairs. Overall, super unit, roomy, updated, fresh!!

The Good: The Patio and the Views Lake Chelan Shores Grounds and location Multiple Pools and nice Lake access AC in the Unit Responsive Property Manager The Bad: Upon checking into the Unit there was no power. The onsite Manager had to call the City and get an Electrician to come out. We spent the first few hours in limbo not knowing if the problem would be fixed or not and making phone calls to Vacasa and the onsite manager. Turns out the power had been shut off because this unit was recently sold to a new owner and they did not set up an Account with the City! In addition the new owner did not know we were coming to stay in the unit!! Outdated Condo- Unit is in need of updating and remodel and better amenities. Examples: Still has wooden toilet seats, no cooking spatula, no cooking essentials such as oil/spray/etc, Plates and glasses are chipped, there no curtains on the windows to block out light, and no beach towels or beach chairs provided, or any pool/lake items. Amenities are very minimal. We called and emailed Vacasa several times during the week to discuss the issues regarding the 1st night, and no one returned our Emails. We finally got though via phone and the Representative put a ticket in to Operations. Vacasa's response was that they took no responsibility for the issues and said they only market and book this Unit and put the blame on Lake Chelan Shores, and said it was "an act of nature". It was horrible customer service, especially with the amount of money we paid to Vacasa for this rental. We will never book though Vacasa again for a vacation, however we would return to Lake Chelan Shores (booking through a different company) and we appreciated our interaction with Daniel the onsite Manager upon Check out.

Loved lake Chelan Shores! The setting the grounds, views, decks, pools and layout of the units. Centrally located. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. The maintenance guy was knowledgeable and does a beautiful job!!

The condo has a beautiful view of Lake Chelan. It is spacious and very clean; although the carpet needs to be replaced. The condo has just about everything you need for a fun time at the lake.
