The kitchen is perfect for a longer stay. We got so tired to eating restaurant food and It was equipped with a hot plate and cookware that we could make simple meals. It was spacious enough for our family of 3. Felt comfortable and homey…not super luxurious but did not feel shabby and cheap either. Very safe and quiet location but just a short drive from stores and food.

Kitchen only has a tiny pairing knife.

The apartment was located in a great quiet neighborhood close to the walking trails. The space was comfortable and the price was reasonable. We met Sam one morning and he was very friendly.

The only complaint that we have is that with the extreme heat in Davis, the AC was not adequate to cool the apartment.

Location was great, clean, laundry machines worked great. The air conditioning carried us through several days of 110° weather. Lots of hooks for hanging things and hangers in the closet - very convenient! Nice shaded table outside, perfect for eating breakfast in summer. Host provided extra towels when we requested.

The sofa bed was a little tight for two adults. Kitchen had a lid for a frying pan but no frying pan. Otherwise had everything we needed!

Easy to find, enter and exit, convenient location, very clean. Very dog friendly, very responsive host. Dog owners note that there is no enclosed private patio or yard space.
