Very clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful. Very spacious room, have a separate living area and bedroom. Great location for both transport and shops. Lobby bar also serves coffee which is great in the mornings.

La posizione dell'albergo ottima per raggiungere il centro sia a piedi che con due fermate di metro a pochi passi dalla struttura. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile (Emanuela ci ha offerto la possibilità di scegliere la stanza fra due simili). Il giorno della partenza il mio compagno ha ricevuto persino un piccolo regalo di compleanno. Anche Margherita, la nostra taxista consigliata dalla struttura, merita una menzione speciale! Lo consigliamo!

Very friendly staff without exception the room, the location and last but not least the manager on front desk is super professional and friendly with lots of experience in the hospitality. I can’t give better recommendations for staying at this Hotel. For sure will stay there on my next visit.

Very polite host. She is available all the time - also late at night. The beds were very comfortable - pleasantly hard, but just enough, not too harsh - it is kind of rarety nowadays. The breakfast is served at a small turkey restaurant across the street - it is really good not only for breakfast if you like the turkey dishes. The room consisted of 2 small rooms - the bedroom and living room with TV and small fridge - very convenient for more than 1 guests. The internet was perfect (as almost everywhere in Bulgaria). It was quite clean.

The bathroom had a leak, but it was not a problem for my 2 days stay. This part of the city is quite noisy, but one cannot change that one.
