This property was centrally located to activities in the area. There was plenty of room to spread out. It had all the amenities you could want including an outside jacuzzi which we loved! Our host, Neill, was a pleasure to deal with. We really enjoyed our relaxing vacation and would definitely come back!

Our family had an amazing trip and the housing was one of the biggest factors. Minutes from Canmore mountain and downtown North Conway - we were able to juggle ski lessons, snow train, sledding and outlet shopping with ease. Looking forward to booking our next trip!

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. All the extras were unexpected and very appreciated. All the guests commented on the how the bathrooms were supplied with everything you could need, soap, lotion, etc. We loved the location and enjoyed the hot tub very much. Communicating with Neill was very easy and we always received a quick response. We highly recommend this house as a rental.

My family and I can't say enough about this beautiful home. It was immaculate, clean, spacious, very cozy, comfortable and kid friendly. It's everything you would want for a family weekend away. Neill was more than accommodating and wonderful to deal with. He gives you a detailed list of his favorite places in the area from things to do and places to eat (that came in handy) especially the nights we were looking to go out. The house is in a perfect location, close to everything in the heart of North Conway. We skied at Cranmore Mountain, which is minutes down the street. It was nice to have a short drive after a long day of skiing, and come back to a place that felt like "home". The hot tub was also an added bonus and much needed after a long day on the mountain. We also appreciate how well stocked the house was. Each room has everything you could need and more!! We love and appreciate how kid friendly the house was. We forgot to bring games, so we were pleasantly surprised there was a whole cabinet stocked full of board games and fun card games. We go away up North every year, and this was by far our favorite place we've been!!! Our family is looking forward to booking another weekend away in the near future. Also to add, when we got back home (3 1/2 hrs away), my daughter noticed we didn't have a bag of her and my son's valuables (favorite blankets, lovies, and stuffed animals). The kids were absolutely distraught when we realized the bag got left behind. I frantically sent Neill an email (pretty late) and he called me back within 10 minutes to assure me he was going to do everything he could to get the bag back to us. He was the hero of the day when he let me know the bag was safe and he would be mailing back our kiddos precious belongings ASAP. He's a lifesaver!! My daughter's words were "I've never met Neill, but I think he's my new favorite person" lol. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better weekend away. We have nothing but positive things to say about Neill and his beautiful home and look forward to planning another family trip back soon. :)

Loved this house! Perfect location, near everything in North Conway but still private and felt nice and secluded in the woods. No complaints about the sleeping arrangements from anyone! Which is hard to do. I felt right at home in the kitchen. Everything is labeled and easy to find. Made some great breakfasts. Rules were reasonable and based on common sense. Institutions and notes around to explain things which is nice. The hot tub was lovely and we enjoyed having a nice fire as well. Thank you for sharing your home!

Labor Day weekend getaway with family. We had an amazing time. House is very clean and exactly as described. Host is very easy to communicate with and gave us a list of restaurants, stores & things to do in the area.

We enjoyed the property very much. It had everything we needed during our stay, including a full size crib.

This property was so spacious! Enough space for 5 kids and 2 adults! The massive garage was a huge plus! The kids were able to ride their scooters even if it rained outside. The hot tub was spacious and very clean. The sunroom was the perfect place to sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning. The home is less than a 10 minute drive to an amusement park. A 5 minute drive to town where there are trains and lots of places to stop for food and fun. There is a never ending list of things for families and just adults! We hope to make this home a part of future memories as a family and even as just a mom and dad get away in the winter! We’ve rented a few times with other homes and this one is by far our favorite!

We loved our stay at the Mountain Haus. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The deck was fantastic for hanging out in the evenings and having family that hadn't seen each other in ages reconnect. The outdoor space is beautiful with plenty of privacy. Inside, the owners have thoughtfully provided everything you could possibly need. This was, without a doubt, the best-provisioned rental property we've stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot of them. Neill was very responsive as well, and deserves his own 5-star rating as a host. Any question we had, whether it was leading up to our stay or during our stay, he answered almost immediately. Overall just a great experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We come to North Conway each summer to meet friends who come stateside (foreign service) for a few weeks. We love the Whites and it is the perfect way to connect. We have stayed in many properties and Neil’s house was the best! It was spacious for 2 families, well kept, and the backyard was so peaceful. It was a great location to downtown, shopping, restaurants, hikes etc. we loved how we could easily get to the Kanc, Jackson, Mt. Washington and other attractions easily. The hot tub was a lovely addition for the cool summer evenings after hiking or just a long day. Everything was easily accessible and having the garage for your car and the great mud room area was perfect for coming in and out of the hot tub and throwing towels in the washer. It is a great set up for skiing as well to maintain all your equipment easily. Neil was very helpful in offering tips and responsive to any minor issue. We loved it and will certainly be back in the future!

March skiing can be fickle; sometimes, you have to worry about too-warm temps and possible rains affecting the snow. But boy, were we lucky to choose 3/4-3/5 to ski this area and rent Neill’s place for the weekend. Conveniently located 5 minutes from Cranmore, and very close to one of the *best* scenic views in all of the Northeast, the property was ideal in its size, layout, lovely fireplace and fun hot tub. Everything we could have needed was there as well, neatly labeled, and the cute homey touches of the “house” wine, the “snowman soup” were very sweet and thoughtful of the owners. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

What an awesome place! Neil was absolutely fantastic! He was very responsive and provided so much detail. The house was incredible and includes so many special touches from the snacks they left, the games they provided, the detailed labeling of the cabinets, and so much more. The location was fantastic and only 3 minutes from the mountain! Our family loved relaxing in the hot tub each night. Thank you for an incredible stay! We really hope to return as repeated guests in the future! :)

Great clean house definitely not a good summer rental do to the fact there is no air conditioning. House temp got to 89 degrees. Definitely a good winter fall rental but never again in the summer

This is a gem of a rental ! We enjoyed the hot tub very much, the fire pit, Diana’s bath, echo lake, storyland, cathedral ledge, and the Conway scenic express - all within a 10 minute drive. Neil is great and everything was very thought out to accommodate our stay -from the details of the town, to the details of the home. Kid friendly! There is a full size crib, two high chairs, a box of LEGO’s and k’nex, a toddler chair, pack n play, plenty of blankets and the house came fully stocked with everything we needed. Bring charcoal if you plan to grill a lot. Thanks Neil!

This place was perfect for our annual mountain getaway. Great location! Close enough to town and stores but also far enough off the beaten path to enjoy the peace and quiet. Layout of the house was perfect for 3 couples. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, fire pit, hot tub and yard big enough for some cornhole. Only suggestions would be a gas grill (currently there is only a small charcoal) and small details such as replacing a dirty shower mat. We would definitely stay here again.
