What is there to say? The property was wonderful. It offered easy walking access to restaurants, the pier and the beach. Everything was designed with purpose, and communication with the owners was always spot on. We will definitely be back!!

Loved the area and comfortable place.

The property was perfect for our purpose. My husband and I were busy with wedding activities but my sister and brother-in-law were able to enjoy Pismo Beach and all it had to offer. The unit was clean and comfortable. The only negative was no a/c but the weather wasn’t too warm and we were comfortable

Elizabeth made the check in and check out process seamless. The condo was comfortable and was perfect for my husband and I and and our 15 year daughter and her friend. The location was better then we thought it was going to be. Close to everything, beaches, restaurant's, shopping, never had to get in our car. Highly recommend, we will be coming back.

We had a fun-filled weekend in San Luis Obispo. The condo in Pismo Beach was perfect for our immediate family and extended family stayed nearby. Always love staying here. So close to everything and allows you to walk to most places including the beach. With gated parking you feel your car is secure and safe. Quiet property and condo has all the amenities needed. We cook a lot while staying here. This is our second stay and will come here again!

We had such a good time at this property! Despite rainy days, we got in hiking and great seafood. This clean, very well equipped condo has everything you need and then some. We loved the Nespresso machine and convenience of walking to the beach and great restaurants. Elizabeth was an excellent hostess—great recs on eateries and available for any questions via text. The bed was super comfy, and we felt totally at home immediately upon arrival. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Owners were on top of everything. Easy check in/out, all the directions we needed, and The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and stores.. The condo was clean with and stocked with whatever you would need. They even provided coffee with milk in the fridge and a frother/steamer!! We were very comfortable and felt like we were home for our short stay. Thank you!!

We have stayed here for the last four years and just love it! Close to the ocean, restaurants and hiking. Quiet, secure neighborhood. Owners are very responsive.

We loved this rental. Location is perfect. A hop, skip and jump from DT Pismo. Host provided all information making checking in and out a breeze. We look forward to coming back. Highly recommend this rental.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was good, nice parking and an elevator to use. We had a little issue with the TV/DVD player but the owners were very helpful and we figured it out. I would update the papers with the instructions about the remote. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

The other reviews were pretty spot on. The condo is walking distance to the beach, tourist spots, and great restaurants. The place is comfortably appointed and very clean. Minor suggestions would be to add blackout curtains to both bedrooms. Elizabeth was welcoming and responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

A very secure building, but checking in and out was simple. Short downhill walk to the pier and even closer to restaurants, wine tasting and markets. The place was spotless and the bed was comfortable. We hope to stay there again, soon.

We were in town for a week for my cousin's wedding in nearby Arroyo Grande and were looking for something "beach adjacent" with other amenities as well. When we saw that it was located 2 blocks from the beach, it became our choice. The listing also mentioned walking distance to downtown Pismo and all the shops/food, which sealed it for us. From the initial communications with the owners, it became clear that this was the perfect place for us. We were traveling with our 15 month old son, so they offered to let us use the beach toys they had on property. The instructions for check-in, while seemingly complicated, were very thorough and provided an easy path to follow for a no-fuss check-in. The unit came with television in both the living room and the bedroom, and multiple streaming options available (Netflix/Hulu/Youtube TV/Disney/etc), which was wonderful for our young one AND when we wanted to watch some live sports while staying in. We were quite pleased to see that indeed this property was 2 blocks from the beach and less than 1 block from many different (and amazing) dining options. We were able to walk everywhere in Pismo, only needing our car to travel to the grocery store in nearby Arroyo Grande. The owners also offered us recommendations for dining in the area, and I strongly recommend anyone to take those, as they allowed us to skip the tourist traps with long wait and find some great gems that the locals frequent. Overall it was an entirely wonderful experience and we would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here in the future.

Easy to text or email property management. Had everything we needed as far as kitchen. Definitely will try and come back next year.

Had a pleasant experience with our stay at the condo. Recommendation, get a couple black wash cloths for woman to use when removing makeup instead of all white. And maybe a few more towels would have been nice if our stay was longer.

Great location walking distance to almost every thing

Right from the beginning, Elizabeth was super to work with. My family of four (11 y.o., 13 y.o., husband, and self) stayed here just before July 4th. When we arrived, the condo was very clean. It was spacious enough to accommodate all of us and I appreciated having two bathrooms, plus the laundry. The entire complex was quiet. Although we saw a couple of other kids in passing, we never heard noise. It was an easy walk down to the beach and pier. This is a great location!

Normally I would give this property a 4 rating, but due to booking issues I’m knocking it down to a 3. The owner literally changed the rates after I had messaged her and asked a question about some amenities and was waiting to get the ok from the party we were traveling with before I booked the unit. She said she had forgotten to raise the rates from last summer, which may very well have been true, but when I asked if she would honor the price I had been quoted a minute earlier she refused, saying “no, they can’t rent the unit at less than market price”. Yet If had clicked the reserve button before she raised the rates she would have had to. Obviously we rented the unit anyway and I wouldn’t have minded paying the rate we paid if that’s what we had been quoted, but I found the experience very rude and irritating. Otherwise the unit was fine and location was great.

The location of this condo could not have been better, we could see the beach, the sunset and the nightlife yet the windows were thick enough that no noise bothered us even on a busy Saturday night in the summer. Great communication with the owners and our kids had a blast. It was easy to get to, very easy to park and find everything we needed. The place was as pictured and had a well stocked kitchen. We loved it and would definitely return!

This condo was perfect for a group of 4-6 people. It was very conveniently located to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo was very clean when we arrived for check in. The host was very quick to respond to all of my messages.
