The location was just perfect, about 2km from my work place. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful at all times. I am definitely going back again.

I liked Nothing

Every thing from staff to accommodation was bad. In summary: the worsed experience I ever got. Do not make payment before you inspect the accommodation . The place is falling apart. Both the management and staff are fighting for the pay. (LONG STORY) The electricity run out within an hour of arrival and no body was there the help untill morning only to be told that they did not have money to put the power back on. The boss apparently is only interested in the money and the staff are not paid thus the bad service. No hot water for a bath , the door handles falling apart, TV didn't work, the fridge could not even close ro keep drinks cool, the WiFi was not available as claimed, and , the place was not even clean not to mention the rusty beddings.

They don't have wifi. You have to pay for your wifi and electricity

Far from the city and traffic is much on the way to the city.

I have traveled to Kampala on several occasions for holidays and stayed in lots of properties. Never have I ever experienced amazing steady wifi. Facilities and photos where as advertised, amazing view, security and gate keeping, excellent. Polite stuff, power was always on. Access to city center and highway around the city easily accessible. Thank you for hosting me and my family Evelyn apartments. We found your place a great value for money. Will def come back next year.

Coordination between a guest and cleaning stuff requires a bit more improvement and follow up to drive excellency as this is the only area, I found the place lacking. Stuff could come for cleaning, at the time I'd be heading out In the morning , promise to come back and never did, out of the four cleaning sessions included I. The overall price, my apartment was cleaned only twice.
