The rooms are nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. The steam and sauna is great with a jacuzzi and pool. There is also a gym. Staff are friendly. A great place to stay. My son loved the swimming pool

swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym...
£18.5 for 1 nights parking when you book hotel, spend money in the bar and breakfast is too steep..... it should be £10 for 24 hrs... i come to london every 2 weeks and i have stayed in most hotels in the area around heathrow..... I dont understand why london does not offer parking for paid customers.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the Tube and convenient connections to the airport. The hotel also offered excellent value for money and was clean and comfortable enough for our stay.
If I was being really picky, the only thing I would mention is that the interior design of the hotel isn’t the most modern or stylish. That said, the excellent value for money more than made up for this. The staff were perfectly pleasant and we had no issues whatsoever during our stay.

Modern. Close to the tube station Hatton Cross, good selection at breakfast.
Front office staff - very rude - enquired about an item which was left in the room after checkout and made it very difficult to resolve - not understanding
The swimming pool set up - over crowded no place to move and very loud
