Small bathroom

Close to one of the city beaches. Close to the center and it has a private parking spot. The beds were good enough and has a normal fridge.

Very small bathroom, problems with the toilet flush. Sofa was not clean but that is a problem to most apartments (perhaps need to cover it with something replaceable). Worn stuff to fix or replace.

We visit nea peramos a lot. The apartment was close to ammolofoi which was 15 minute walk. and 2 minutes from the city center. The tv had a lot of channels plus nova . The wifi was excellent . A lot of towels were provided .The temperature of the house was nice. There was a free parking spot. The hosts were very pleasant.

For us our top criteria for ratting a property , is cleanliness and hygiene. Unfortunately both of the criteria was below average . A lot of stains in almost every surface , the bathroom had toothpaste on the door , and there was bad smell at all the rooms. Also there were many holes and scratches on the walls . We preferred to stay outdoors as much as possible. Also the photos on booking are a bit misleading.
