Wonderful location very convenient wonderful host, stan was very welcoming

Nothing it was everything we wanted

Host was lovely and very communicative and gave us lots of recommendations of where to go. Perfect stay for a city break - close to the tram and metro but also able to walk to many shops/attractions

This was an ideal stay for us for 3 nights but if we were staying for longer would want more eating/cooking facilities

Stan is really friendly , the apartment is minimalist cosy , has everything you need , nice view

Location was great. If you don't want the "Amsterdam" experience as in loads of coffee shops etc. This place is perfect. So many different food styles nearby, supermarkets, bars, craft ale shop, park for kids. However nice walk to centre but tram on corner. Host great and sent loads of stuff to do with kids.

This is not I didn't like but be warned. This place is on the 5th floor via some tight staircases. We were travelling on and had 23kg case. Nearly died carrying it up, host helped thank goodness!

location is perfect. you can basically walk everywhere. Stan was an amazing host, always prompt to help and full of information

stairs (they’re not bad, but after a few flight stairs, no way you won’t be dying)

The view and location are great.

I, like the Canadian group of friends review booked an apartment expecting there to be a kitchen, there is a kettle with a coffee machine on a fridge in the dining/bedroom with no actual sitting area. Washing our cups and glasses in a bathroom basin isn't quite what I'm used to. The set up is a bit odd as the guests downstairs could, if they wished just walk upstairs to our floor though the 2 bedroom doors did lock. I may have misinterpreted the listing which is listed as an apartment and a bed and breakfast. We have never paid so much for so little. The stairs are as listed which is what you would expect in an old Amsterdam building and climbing them gives you a great view.

The location was fantastic, we could walk to everything we needed and there was also a tram stop literally just outside of the building. The Nespresso coffee machine was an added bonus, as were the coffee's, teas & sugar that were left for us. The view from the main bedroom was great, especially at sunrise/sunset.

A tea towel for the washing up would have been good. The description of a 2 bed apartment led me to believe there was a kitchen of some sort but there wasn't, this may have just been my incorrect interpretation.
