Maria was an exceptional host and was going beyond to make my stay the best. I had a lovely room that made me feel home. The lounge where a delicious breakfast was served is stylish and makes you feel you want a rainy day to stay inside and read a book in one of the cosy chairs. Breakfast included home made jams and home grown tomatoes. The B&B is perfectly located right near the main bus station and a super short walk to the local beach and if you fancy rock climbing it’s only minutes to the local crag of limestone rock walls. My hosts gave me tips what the best places to visit were. They also looked after me when I injured my foot and ensured I could still enjoy my holidays. It was so wonderful I didn’t want to leave.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and the hosts extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast included homemade jams and fresh fruit. Really good location, too - a few min. walk from the centre of Menaggio and even closer to the lake shore.

It’s a cosy and nice b&b with a special atmosphere die to the housing and style. Even though it rained all day during my stay it was comfortable to spend time in my room. Very convenient for single travelers.

We were treated as family members. Beautiful place, breathtaking lake, 2 minutes from a public beach and 4 minutes walk to the center. Breakfasts are excellent with homemade jams.

Very friendly hosts, we had some car troubles so arrived later than expected but this was no problem for the hosts. They speak English so it is nice to have a chat! Breakfast is nice, the 2nd day we left early and they offered to prepare the Coffee for us and left cookies. Beautiful lake view from the house!

Nothing, the village is a bit "remote" from the internet when there is a storm. The wifi and 4G network did not work but obviously the hosts couldn't help that.

Nice breakfast and spotless clean rooms... interesting hosts at a great location with superb garden near the lake... Private & secured parking space ! In fact one of those places You don't want other people to know about, but the hosts deserve a maximum n° of points!
