Everything was great. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a short or long stay. The owner is extremely kind and always at your disposal. All recommendations...

Very comfortable house. We enjoyed it very much. The host is a fruendly man and he bought sone food for the next day breakfast. Thanks again JeanLouis.

The villa provided 2 comfy bedrooms and a nice view from the living room over the Nice valley. The kitchen was well stocked and the host was polite and had some basic food products stocked for us in the fridge.

The location is not the best as it is either a 15 minutes taxi ride away from the city itself or a 1 hour bus ride including the waiting on the unprotected bus stop. Parking would be impossible, the bathroom did not had a shower, but only a short shower head and a bath tub. Despite being quite remote, there is still traffic on the street that you can easily hear while sleeping through the uninsulated window sills. From the pictures we were expecting a "whole place" with garden and sunbeds, but it turned out it is a basement floor without garden access within the house where the host lives.
