The hotel was a bit dated but the beds extremely comfortable and rooms very clean

The location was central and the hotel, though very dated was spotlessly clean.

Reception staff seemed unable to smile and interact with the guests...in fact they looked like the didn't want to be there

A very convenient location with with several satisfying features.

Excellent location adjacent to bus terminal. Very good breakfast included in price. Convenient snack bar located in foyer.

Quiet location, but sleep affected by thick, very hard pillows.

if your looking for an ok hotel room it’s passable. beds are very hard, should be more pillows , not much in terms of gr

it’s a very basic old hotel. facilities are run down. wouldn’t recommend.

good location

needs to be refurbished as it is very tired looking. key has a 3” fob on it. door lock is a passageway lock mechanism; easy to enter multiple simple tools.

Majestic, improved since last visit.

Rooms have been updated since our last visit. Beds were comfortable, firm, but not rock hard. The pillows were great (more important than the bed for me), great location, and the only one with a pool in central Surin.

The rooms are very plain (very minor issue)

I have stayed here many times. nice rooms with a bath. restaurant is good, nice breakfast. I also like the swimming pool.

Great hotel and very well located.

Superb location off the bus terminal. Spacious and comfortable room. Very clean and quiet. Great swimming pool. Very helpful and friendly room attendants

The bathroom is in need of renovation. Some pictures of the standard room are not accurate

very central location right next to the bus station, small lake to stroll around and convenience stores as well as restaurants nearby. very friendly staff and extremely good value! we have stayed here a few times already, whenever we visit family in Surin, this is our go-to place.

We booked a room where breakfast was not included so we paid extra. however, in comparison to the last time we went there (pre-covid), where the breakfast buffet was big and delicious, unfortunately, this time it was very small and not that great. But I understand that there are fewer guests at the moment and they had to strip it down.
