We stayed in this condo and more family stayed 2 doors down. Love this complex. Great grassy area for kids. Love the easy access to the beach.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Sandpiper townhouse on Amelia Island. The neighborhood is quiet & house is well stocked, especially for all things for beach & pool, both of which are just a short distance from this unit. Terrie was quick to respond when we needed her. Highly recommended if you’re wanting a quiet beach vacation. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful time! Our family loves Amelia Island and this location. The access to both the beach and town is perfection. The condo has everything we need for our multi-generational family. We'll be back!!

We loved our first visit to Amelia. The condo was an easy walk to the beach and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities. Gorgeous view from both decks. The few things of which to be informed: the beach is a drive on beach. There were upwards of 20 cars daily. There were no umbrellas available, though we did purchase two and left them there. Some of the beach chairs were rusty, so be sure to put a towel down first. The bedroom on the 3rd floor does stay warm- so not the best room for those sensitive to the heat. Overall, minor negatives which did not affect our enjoyment of the property!

Perfect stay for my nephew's wedding weekend. The condo is on the beach with beautiful views from upstairs deck. Boardwalk to the beach is right outside the backdoor. So nice!! Enjoyed the location of this property. Home offered everything we needed.

We loved the layout of the condo. Three levels allows everyone room to have their own space. The deck/patio off of the living room is a great size and very roomy. We liked the close proximity to the boardwalk that goes to the beach. The condo was well stocked with beach amenities.

The condo was perfectly set up. You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in location. Tons of beach towels, sand toys and even sunscreen! The kitchen was well stocked and there was tons of space to spread out with a family of five. The best spot is sitting on the deck! Also due to the location it is super quiet. You can't even hear the busy road. Finally, the kids loved watching all of the sea turtle in front of the location.

We had a great time again at Sandpiper. The beach was beautiful and the condo was in great shape.

My family and I truly enjoyed our all-too-brief, wintertime beach vacation at this property. The proximity to the ocean is THE BEST. The floor plan of the Condo is great as long as the traveler is okay with stairs. I loved it. The Condo is in an association that values the quiet, peaceful, residential vibe, meaning all of our neighbors were just as quiet as we were. This is NOT the place for a party; it is perfect for a family get-away. Summary: I would happily return to this condo in the future!

It was very relaxing

Everything was as described. Second time staying here and hopefully we will be able to return next year for the Ga Fl weekend. Only suggestion I have is to install a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Otherwise it was perfect for us and our stay. Highly recommend.

The rental place was very easy to find, located just off the beachfront and was stocked extremely well. The beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and umbrella was very helpful. We enjoyed the place and will be back.

Everything was wonderful on our stay. The only reason I did not give a five star review are the stairs. Not a problem if you don't have little ones, but the stairs are a bit dated and could be redone. Other than that, the beach was easily accessible, property was clean, owners were responsive. What more could we ask for?

The house suited all our needs! Beach access was perfect. The 2 kids (and PaPa) loved riding the waves on their boogie boards! Everything was great and we had an awesome time!

We really loved the spaciousness for our large family. Access to beach great. Will definitely be coming back. Terrie was great to work with and quickly responded to our questions before our arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay this past week! It is an older rental that could use some small updates but it was clean and well stocked for our stay. Location is amazing with a walkway to the beach right in front of the rental and decks/balconies with a wonderful ocean view! Also access to the pool was a plus that our kids really enjoyed! We will definitely make plans to come back!

Location is great, walk out to the beach. (Although if you want to lock the unit you have go out the front, and walk around, as there is no key for the back door). Neighbors on each side are very friendly. Neighborhood is quiet. (Expect for every other day lawncare.) The appliances are fairly new, and work fine. The HVAC did its job. The kitchen is well stocked, and there are a ton of beach towels around the unit, and a closet off the carport that has a lot of used beach chairs and toys, etc. That's about the end of the good news. Now for the bad news: The TVs are not smart. I needed to buy a HDMI cable to use our APPS. (Casting is not an option). Then there was the hammering. All week there was a crew tearing of the side wall, and installing new siding. Even though it was the wall to the unit next to us, it sounded like they were hammering on our wall. Turns out the owner was informed of this months ago, but neglected to pass that on to us, or to offer us any relief when we brought it up. She texted my wife: “I spoke w the hoa management and they told me you should not be hearing much noise.” I can assure the reader, that was not a true statement. The tinting on the windows is gangster dark (and it doesn’t need to be, as there is shade from the deck except for the very early sun), making the interior even mote dingy than it is. The tile floors are cracked and squeak, the carpet is torn, the walls and trim need a lot of TLC, and there’s something going on with the back wall of the unit. It appears they covered some significant cracks in the drywall with a textured “plaster” finish. The floor upstairs is uneven at the rear of the unit, and the stucco is coming off in clumps on the rear outside wall. The furniture and bedding are all in need of refresh. Technically, it was clean, but there are signs of long time use that cleaning just can’t get to. This leads to an overall dingy feel.
