Spacious Indoor, nice back yard, and clean!

The noise of neighbors talking , walking & and kids giggling are quite loud, it’s not a big deal, it will be perfect if there is better sound insulation effect.

Very spacious accomodation. Huge kitchen with lots of cooking utensil and a BBQ. Big and comfortable bed. Easy access to Freycinet National Park (10 mins)

Tank water only, I would suggest bringing drinking water.

It was a beautiful home and very neat. We enjoyed every bit of it.

Quiet location, plenty of space. Comfortable furnishings.

Couldn’t get the heater in the bedroom to work & there were no instructions. Mirror in bathroom was too high. Kitchen drawers were very hard to open & close. Plastic cutting board in the pantry needs to be replaced as it smells.

Short on serving bowls, plates. Cabinetry in kitchen needs freshening.

This comfortable holiday house is conveniently located on the edge of the Freycinet National Park. The house is well furnished, with a really comfortable bed. I can imagine it would be even more lovely in the summer, being only 200m from the beach.

The house was very cold on arrival. After the reverse cycle AC had been on a while, it slowly warmed up. We couldn’t get the panel heater in the living room to work, which would have been more efficient. The instruction manuals had all been removed due to covid restrictions, but were replaced by a QR code. Unfortunately there was no mention of the heater there and searching on google gave us no joy. A wood burning stove and an electric blanket would be great additions for winter guests!

How comfortable the bed was. 10/10

Large, clean and modern decor with everything we wanted on hand, including a washing machine. Loved the use of Tassie timber’s in the fit out. Short drive to the park and shops. Really comfortable and we would stay again without hesitation.
