Location is great! 3 minutes drive from Ruka's center. Kitchen was well equipped, showers were great and so was the fireplace with lots of ready wood in the storage. There's also a smart big screen TV and a big dining table. plenty of space.

1. Place description states 3 double beds, but it is not the case. There is only 1 room with a double bed and another room with 3 single beds (1 bunk bed and another single). There is an attic with 4 additional mattresses, but we had to move them down to the living room, as it was a bit scary to climb up and down the ledder at night. This was a bit disappointing, the listing should be updated to reflect this. 2. Even though the pics of the place show that there is plenty of car charging options, I could not charge my electric plug-in hybrid car, as the parking electricity was turned off :(. Owner did not have a solution. Again, listing should be updated to reflect this (at least for non-winter months). 3. We were missing toilet paper, but the owner made sure we got some very quickly.

an extra-class cottage in a fashionable area of Ruka to the direction of Rukajärvi. The property is fully furnished with modern along with kitchenware, everything is in order, clean and wisely installed. There were some difficulties with the fireplace damper as we couldn't figure out how far it should be pulled. Otherwise, clean 10 out of 10

Place was as beautiful as in the pictures, really well designed. Apartment was bigger than we expected with 9 sleeping places. Everything was clean and nice.
