Staff were great, really friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was ok, nothing special but plenty of it.
The room was clean and comfortable, aircon in the lounge area and the main bedroom, 2nd (kids) bedroom, 2 toilets one with shower.
I couldn’t get the tv to work in English except bbc news but that didn’t bother us as we took a laptop with a load of movies downloaded.
I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.
It would have been nice to have a view, but I booked this just 40mins before I arrived there, as previous hotel was awful so I cancelled it. So I guess I had what was left.

Ibrahim at the desk and the porter, what a team
Rooms needed moderation, had to ask for more towels and what shocked us was the phone in the room wasn't connected, also located on a very noisy main road

What was good / excellent
The staff were exceptionally excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our three-week holiday. The food was good overall, although having a little more variety would make the dining experience even better. The swimming pool was also very good and well maintained, making it a great place to relax.
What could be improved
The lighting in the rooms was quite dim and could be brighter. The bathrooms would also benefit from a few small improvements, such as adding a toilet roll holder and a small shelf in the shower area for shampoos and toiletries. One major issue was the noise at night from stray dogs near the police station close to the hotel, which barked loudly throughout the night and sometimes made it difficult to sleep. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the overall guest experience.
