We rented the property to spend Christmas together as a family. The rooms were very spacious and so was the kitchen, making it easy for us to work together to make our Christmas Eve's dinner. We enjoyed our stay. The location is great, it's a very short drive to the supermarket and a cute downtown. We were disappointed with the cleanliness and lack of some supplies (specially trash bags, thankfully I brought some, but still we ran out.) Some of the mattress protectors were stained with what could be blood. One of the blankets was also stained. The closet with the broom/vaccuum was very dirty. It seemed like the floors were swept and all the dirt was just pushed in there. Fans were thick with dust. My allergies were triggered. The bathroom upstairs did not have the plastic curtain, thankfully I found a new one in the cabinet underneath the sink, but I had to install it myself. Cabinet next to pantry was very cluttered, so was the cabinet underneath the sink (dirty). Some shelves in the fridge were broken. There was no ping pong table. We had a hard time figuring out the heat for the basement, it was cold for the first day of our stay. Also, if you have a large group, make sure people spread out their showers. If everyone takes a shower around the same time you will run out of hot water, and it will take a while before it heats up again.

Had a great time. Nice house and yard! Mike was super when we arrived, we were out of propane and Bob was right there to help us and delivered new tanks for the grills. Was told to bring linens and towels but found that we were only supplied with a 1/2 roll of paper towels. No sponge or anything to clean kitchen counters or table (wasn't advised to bring these items. Light outside in back for the stairs, at the peak, is a strobe light! My daughter in law has a seizure disorder and thankfully it didn't affect her, but it really needs to be addressed. Everything we could possibly want, and need is nearby in just a short drive. We had a great time hanging around the fire. Grandchildren had plenty of toys to play with.

Great place for family, enough space to hide from the crazy ones. You don’t even have to see them.

Mike was great , we messaged him the coffee pot was not working properly and he was at the door with a new one so everyone could have their morning coffee.

Great location! Close to downtown Meredith and all kinds of outdoor winter activities. The big plus for this property are the many spacious bedrooms which allowed our large group to stay together over February vacation. The kids enjoyed the big yard. The kitchen was great and we loved the fireplace but the living room could use a little sprucing up. Also, the 3 season porch unfortunately smelled like smoke so we couldn’t spend time there. Overall, a nice rental.

Beautiful location three floors of sleeping quarters great kitchen couple things i noticed the key pad on front door was loose a dining room chair was wobbling we put it aside the bedroom i stayed in main floor right side as you come in the bathroom sink took a while to drain other then that great house loved it

The place is very spacious for multiple families with the three levels. The kids were disappointed that there was no ping pong table as stated in the description. We were also disappointed in the cleanliness. It did not seem like the kitchen counters were cleaned and the coffee pot was quite dirty. We found mouse droppings under the kitchen sink and under all the couches. The lower level was quite cold most of the time. The host was very caring and was quick in responding and communicating. It was a great location with lots to do and great places to eat.

I can't begin to tell you how awesome everything was from the time we booked until after we checked out. Mike kept in contact with us about everything. Because there were so many of my family members, I wasn't sure if we really would have enough room for common area hangouts but we sure did. We had 10 adults. 2 teens and 5 children and an toddler. Plenty of room. Cooking was easy for this many as the kitchen is very large. We definitely enjoyed our week there and would recommend this place for small or a large group. Short drive to Church Landing and the walkable downtown area with little shops and restaurants. The house is so spacious and the bedrooms were large. Huge backyard for my sister’s two boxers and my son to run around in. The owner, Mike, was very responsive and always took the time to answer whatever questions we had. Our experience from booking to checkout was pleasant, simple, easy. I can’t recommend this home enough for your stay in Meredith. We are already planning another trip next year and hoping to rent this property for another weekend.

This was our second year renting this house and once again it did not disappoint. Great location! Super clean, big enough for 8 adults, great family room area and open kitchen floor plan. We ate in all 3 nights and breakfast each day and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Looking forward to next year.

We had 6 of us and the house was beautiful! The kids want to live there. We came up during a very rainy weekend/early week, so all the swimming we wanted to do was out, but the house made it all worthwhile. All amenities made it so we didn't have to go out to eat and we enjoyed lots of family time. Thank you again Mike and Rob!

This house was definitely better then I could have imagined! It was huge. My family of 12 fit perfectly! Mike was amazing with gettimg back to us with any issues we had. The area was beautiful. We went fishing and swimming down the road. The yard was huge and great for the kids to burn energy. We would definitely rent this place again. We been looking for a house to do this every year and i think we found our place!
