What an excellent place! Super convenient and walkable to plenty of great spots. The host's attention to detail in setting up a welcoming spot for travelers was apparent. Loved this stay!

Located about 15 minutes away from Harvard square by bus, this apartment is located in a basement, but well equipped with amenities. One advantage is that car is not necessary to visit Cambridge or Boston. Moreover, communications with owner are effective as Mehmet is proactive in ensuring that our needs are met.

Me and my mom stayed here 2 nights while visiting Boston. It was exactly what we needed, clean great location, friendly host. It is great location- restaurants, covienince store, Dunkin all in a walkable distance. The bus stop to go in to Boston was right around the corner, very easy to navigate, fairly quick trip into the city. Great place to stay for our trip to Boston.

This was the perfect location for our trip to Boston, easy drive in and close to bus stop as well. Very comfortable apartment, off street parking and wonderful quiet neighborhood. The owners give you so many suggestions for dining and stores. We are already thinking about planning next trip !

My wife and I stayed at the property while we helped our daughter move between apartments. The property was immaculate and very up to date. You can tell the pride the owners have in the unit and their hospitality was outstanding. We instantly felt like friends speaking with them. Would definitely stay here again on another trip.

Great location, Clean and organized apartment. There are a few steps down into this basement apartment but my sore back managed with little difficulty. Well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster and dishes... even an air fryer. Comfortable outdoor table and chairs on the patio.

This is a beautiful spot with several amenities making the stay that much more comfortable. The hosts are incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Transportation to the city is convenient and readily available. The surrounding area offers great ethnic markets and restaurants that added to the experience. We definitely recommend this location and would stay again.

My daughter and I stayed at Mehmet's VRBO while visiting a friend in Boston. The property is located in a walkable neighborhood filled with great restaurants. It's immaculate, inviting, and the perfect place to recharge before striking out for the day to explore the Boston area. There is a great patio on the drive to drink coffee in the morning, eat carryouts at the end of the day, or have a drink. It is close to the airport, Boston, and all of the excellent colleges in the area. We would definately stay there again! .

This may be the cleanest VRBO we've ever rented. It's small, but it fit our needs for the three days we stayed. We were able to make breakfast with utensils provided. The bathroom fan kept the shower from steaming up the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. There is a steep half-flight of stairs down to the apartment, if stairs are a problem for you (they aren't for us). The location was perfect for our purposes, a short drive to our daughter's place, and walkable to many restaurants. Best were the fresh flowers that greeted us upon arrival.

This apartment was in Watertown which is a suburb of Boston. It was only about 12 miles from downtown Boston. The owner of the property was great. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The property was in a great neighborhood. We found some great restaurants within walking distance. All of our needs were taken care of. We were content we highly recommend this property because of location, excellent rates, and the service.

Great location in quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to downtown via public transport or Uber. Very comfortable and clean. Modern kitchen and bath with everything you might need. Gracious and friendly hosts who allowed us early arrival and helped with getting our luggage down, and back up, the stairs to the apartment.

They have cooking oil, salt, coffee, utensils, cleaning agents, etc. The kitchen has a refrigerator and a two-burner stove. We also enjoyed lazy evenings watching some Netflix on the smart TV. My family of three enjoyed our vacation stay at this basement property. It is nice to have a kitchen when you are traveling with a child. The owners live onsite which is very helpful when you have a question about traveling around the area, and Mehmet was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We rented a car to travel outside the area, but when we went into Boston we took the public transportation, which is really easy to do from this property. The bus stop is just down the street which will take you to the main hub to get around Boston. (It is nice not to deal with parking in the city.) We also liked that their was plenty of room to park our rental car. We would stay here again.

We had a really good trip. The host was accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were a very nice family and we would highly recommend staying there.

We stayed here for several days and had a very enjoyable time. Arrived tired and hungry and was pleased to find some snacks waiting for us. We especially enjoyed the coffee! The rooms were clean and tastefully furnished.

My best friend and I traveled up to Boston from New Jersey to watch our beloved club Liverpool FC play a preseason friendly game against Sevilla we were just looking for a place to stay for two nights and we were looking for somewhere close to the stadium (Fenway Park) almost everywhere we could find had already been booked and if not the rooms were super expensive. We got very lucky to find this little place to stay at a very reasonable rate. The apartment was completely spotless the renters were extremely responsive to all of our needs. And I would highly recommended it to anyway especially if your going to Fenway for any type of event or the Boston house of blues as well. It's a short trip. My friend is planning another trip to Boston with his wife and daughter and hes already told me he will be staying here again when he visits with his family. And if Liverpool plays at Fenway again I'll be back there to.

I stayed here with my wife and 5 year old kid. It was very comfortable stay...the house was very neat and clean and fully equipped kitchen really helped us to cook food for us and kid. Owner was always available and quick to respond on all the help and info that we needed. The house is just 2 mins away from bus station, 4 mins from Arax super market when u can get fruits, veggies, bread, milk m, yoghurt and all snacks and groceries. And 7Eleven is further 3 mins ahead. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean, functionnal except for the stove that doesn’t work properly. It took about half an hour to cook eggs!

We were visiting Boston for work/pleasure and the apartment was exactly what we needed. It was very clean and well appointed. It is a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Our host Mehmet was great. I forgot a charger for my computer and he was able to lend me one. The location of the apartment was in Watertown and it was short bus ride, to Harvard Square which is a commuter hub, with the buses and trains which allowed us to get around the Boston and the surrounding area very easily. I would recommend getting a Charlie Card if you are intending to use the buses and trains, a real value. There are great restaurants close by and we would recommend the Red Lentil a vegan restaurant. We will be recommending this apartment to our family and friends who are thinking of visiting Boston.

The owners were very nice and helpful. It is an easy walk to the bus which connects to the T. It was pleasant and comfortable.

The basement apartment is quite charming and spacious enough for two people to enjoy comfortably. Fine for 3 or 4 if just for sleeping. Tall people beware, as noted in the description. Very well-appointed kitchen with all of the tools needed to cook, if desired. The only drawback, and a hilarious one, is that nobody on the premises really knows how to work the very high-tech television which operates via voice command. So, if you don’t mind hollering “volume down” every few minutes, the tv is fine. Unit is about 10 minutes (driving) from Boston, not far from Boston College. The area is very quiet and you will be hard pressed to find dining options after 10pm. Mehmet was very accommodating. I would definitely return.

My husband and I had a terrific stay at this property. It's a lovely, well maintained apartment, with every amenity we could think of. The owners, Mehmet and Tal are gracious hosts who are happy to answer any questions or help in any way. The location is quite convenient to Cambridge and Boston. The parking spot on the property was extremely helpful. We highly recommend it.
