Tiene todo lo necesario en la cocina y muchos detalles en el baño. Las camas son muy cómodas, muy buena calefacción, limpio. Y Kevin estuvo siempre para responder nuestras inquietudes. Un súper anfitrión!

Perfect for a family of 4. Included, off street parking was a huge plus.

. There is construction going on next door. The area is poorly lit at night. The parking is lot well marked ( see photo) and the house number is not lit and hard to see. There also was a rat running along side the building. The owner yelled at me for asking for clarity on which parking space was mine. Kevin is an angry guy.

La ubicación no era la mejor, demasiado lejos del centro y a bastante distancia del metro. El apartamento estaba en el segundo piso al que se accedía por escaleras estrechas. La comunicación con el propietario fue inexistente. Necesitamos utilizar la lavadora, que no estaba situada en el apartamento. Intentamos contactar con el propietario para que nos proporcionara el código de acceso y no fue posible. Tuvimos que utilizar el servicio de una lavandería.

We arrived by Uber from Boston. It is about 20 minute ride to the far side of the city and airport. It is a great location to to Harvard (about 10 minutes), so we felt it was an easy location for us. We had no trouble with transportation. The building is older, but the apartment looks to be recently renovated with modern shower, kitchen etc. It was easy to enter our unit with our code. We loved that the door automatically locked after going in/out. The neighborhood is easily walkable and very friendly. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. We were very delighted at the special efforts made to make us comfortable. Communication was very fast with the owner. I had a little trouble figuring out how to get a blind to close and he responded immediately. We were 3 women traveling and we wanted separate bedrooms. Rooms are large. There is ample closet and storage space. The beds are on the firm side with a topper, but very comfortable. We appreciated that each room was lockable, had ample bedside lamps, mirrors and an alarm clock. It's the little details which made this trip so pleasant. Each of us had a set of 3 towels, wash cloths and hand towels (enough for the entire 3 day stay), these were artistically displayed on our beds. We were amazed at the amount of consumables (shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc) available for our use. Ice was already made and waiting for us in the freezer (we loved the covered ice trays)! This was very handy since we had arrived late in the evening and needed to wait until the following morning to get our supplies. The grocery store is just a few blocks away. Each room has an in window air conditioner. This was welcomed since the temperatures were in the 90's during our stay. This was also helpful white noise for a girl who lives very rural and isn't use to any outside sounds.

This unit is on the 3rd floor and requires going up very steep spiral stairs. They are very narrow. It wasn't an issue for our group but others may need to be aware.

Great place to stay outside of downtown. 2/3 bedrooms had an a/c unit. Very clean. Old but updated. Lots of natural light.

The stairs are kinda tight.

So many lovely extras like toothpaste and shampoos which was so useful! Sitting room was perfect for the 5 of us to hang out, loads of space.

As we were travelling from Europe and could not use 4G, we couldn’t access the online guide with the wifi details and had to go to a local shop to use their wifi to get access to things like the wifi password etc. Might be worth having a printed copy of wifi details in the house in future!

Centrally located close to downtown and Harvard campus. Spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Parking included. Plenty of amenities nearby. All the comforts of home.
