Property owners do a nice job communicating and place is amazing! Loved the entire stay and have no complaints! Owners were available for any questions and I highly recommend their properties if they treat them as this one was done! Great times we had and wonderful memories accomplished! PS the deer was a bonus!

The house has perfect accommodations for my family of 6. Roman was very helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you!!

House was perfect for our immediate family of 11. The refrigerator was not working when we checked in, the owner brought us ice chest and eyes right away and then went and bought another refrigerator so we would not go without. Pool was nice. Loved the oversized kitchen,living and sitting area.

Although my wife and I live in the northwest part of San Antonio, we needed a large gathering place for family coming into town. During the day we had about 12 people hanging out eating and relaxing. We didn't go out to a restaurant one time in 4 days, but instead brought food to the house where there was everyone could eat and play at their leisure. The inside of the house has been refurbished, so it has a number of places to sit and visit, and plenty of room to spread out. Some people went outside to hang out by the pool, while others stayed cool indoors. The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with me to make sure. Good access to Boerne and the Rim shopping area in San Antonio. Great experience overall.

Super easy check in. Roman was amazing. Gave us all details before arriving and everything was exactly like stated in the ad for booking. The house was actually more then we expected!!! If I could give it more then 5 stars I definitely would!!! The house is absolutely amazing for a small family or a very large family!!! The pool was much much bigger then I expected and kept my 3 kids age 13,10,and 6 very entertained!!! The house was pretty much fully stocked all we really had to have was the groceries we were going to eat! If we had a question or needed anything Roman was very quick to respond and bring it right over!!! He cleaned the pool daily which was amazing because I mean who wants to do that when they are on vacation!! The house was close enough to all attractions but far enough to where it was so peaceful!! The beautiful scenery was a bonus. We had deer come every single night to our yard and we loved to watch them. Then finally we got to meet the tame doe who would eat right out of your hand!! It was definitely a nice little bonus!! Highly recommend this place and we will definitely use it again in the future!!!

The house was in a great location and in a very peaceful area. The home interior was extremely spacious and welcoming. Everything needed was provided and easy to find. A WiFi extender (if the host may provide or not) may be suggested for those seeking a strong signal in the other bedrooms further from the main living area and master bedroom. The host kept the pool and hot tub well-maintained. To note, for logistics of future family or groups deciding to stay, one bathroom is part of the master bedroom and the other bathroom is practically shared by four bedrooms although they're not adjoining. Expect to see deer (and the occasional fox) near the area and maybe even close to the home. So be wary of yet kind to the peaceful wildlife. The home comes highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.

We were very uncomfortable during our stay. There were many quirks and safety concerns during our stay but the overall disappointing factor was how often the property manager would "pop" in. My wife expressed her concerns on his timing and after checking through some of the other reviews we feel justified in our concerns. We felt "watched" the entire time to the point where we didn't want to stay at the house any longer and strongly considered staying somewhere else. Bottom line is we felt that we were being watched. How can you feel you have privacy when it is clear that you are being watched? There is clearly a camera on the outside of the building at the entrance, however, his timing as to when he would show up to maintain the pool and hot tub made it obvious that he knew when we were in it. The camera on the front of the house does not show the back yard so we can only assume there was another camera somewhere that would show him the back yard/pool area. Everyone including my kids felt awkward when he would show up. We have stayed at multiple VRBO's with pools and this is the FIRST time we have had anyone show up to maintain the pool/hot tub while we were there. I would have gladly taken care of minimal pool maintenance needs instead of having him show up unannounced and not at set times etc.. In addition there is nothing luxurious about this place. The master shower is very unsafe. Its an 80's style shower (NOT MODERN) that you step down into. The towels seemed like they were from the same decade and reeked of mildew. We ended up buying our own towels. Other things: - No directions whatsoever in the house for anything. - Many of the lights require a remote controls - some of which were missing. - Pool area and outside are unsafe and when we arrived the patio and backyard was literally a mess. It was not welcoming at all. - WHY IS THERE A BIG CHUNK OF FOAM PADDING ADHERED TO THE WALL BEHIND THE MASTER HEAD BOARD. My wife was literally to the point where she thought he had cameras in the house with the timing of his stops. The reason I gave this guy 1 star through and through is that he has multiple other properties he manages and based on our experience here I would want the actual property owners he works with to take notice and re-evaluate their options on who manages their property. Ultimately we didn't feel safe here due to his actions 100%.
