Location, excellent room, awesome view. Great access to the piste.

You’re a little isolated on the mountain. Lifts close at 4pm. So you need to eat at the resort and food was not great and at times poor.

The Hotel, facilities and convenience were brilliant. We had a wonderful time. The arrival, transfers, welcome and kit fit out etc were excellent.

I think that the staff numbers meant that those working were stretched and at times we were not given the impression we were hugely important. Considering the premium price you pay for EVERYTHING - you should be made to feel extremely valuable to the hotel.

It’s an amazing location. The views and sunsets were stunning. A unique location to stay in isolation away from the town. The building was very new and clean.

The heating in our room was broken and the window was locked. Staff initially refused to open the window meaning we had two sleepless nights. The restaurant service was awful, waiting on average 45mins to be served. Super over priced for a very mediocre experience. Room and spa smelt of mouldy ski boots.

Spa Room

Wrongly executed hotel concept. It is portrayed on the website as a chic boutique mountain hotel however the service experience is extremely poor. You cannot go down to the village in the evening which is oke and we knew that. However the restaurant food quality is poor and the card (not the one that is on the website) is limited. Furthermore there is a bad smell at the restaurant.. On top of that the restaurant is huge so with only few rooms at the hotel we were 4 people in a 200 seat restaurant. Not cozy at all. Staff is hit or miss. Some people very kind (example spa) and some have no sense of hospitality. We checked out earlier as the ski break was a total disaster. The whole family even got sick from the food and we learned afterwards that staff was also sick. To avoid! The cherry on the cake was loosing one of our suitcases on the way down.. Worst experience in 20 years of travelling across the world
