Das Hotel liegt an der Ecke Ocean Road und 2nd Street. Erbaut im Jahr 1940, wurde dieses Haus komplett umgebaut bis hinunter zu den Nieten und zurück. The great: Lovely location! Cute home filled with a well stocked kitchen. Lots of creature comforts and the plunge pool was a great time- thank you for having us. What could improve: the pillows are flat as a board, a dog has run through the screened porch doors so there were lizards and bugs in the porch, and the TVs were smaller then computer monitors

We enjoyed our stay at Landfall Cottage. It was a perfect place for our two families and our 3 dogs. It was nice to have access to the hot tub and heated pool since our weather was cooler while we visited. The home is well stocked with any kitchen appliances you might need. We also loved the short and easy walk to East Beach or easy bike ride into the Village.

The house was very comfortable and in a great location. We loved the pool!There was a lot of dog poop in the yard and the dishwasher needed the filter cleaned to get it working. If those are things are addressed for future guests, would highly recommend .

Upon arrival to the property, several appliances were not working. The A/C, the fridge, the propane tank, and the oven. We reset the breaker for the oven and eventually that started working. We had a diabetic with us and we needed to keep our perishaibles cold, however we were told that only a cooler could be provided for us. Luckily, they had a wine fridge and that saved all of our cold items. The next day the fridge seemed to work fine, but again took a whole 24 hours. And they sent someone out for the a/c but we had no a/c for the whole first day.On top of that, the place wasnt cleaned well upon arrival. Trash in kitchen, hair found in bed, dirty towels outside by the pool, and multiple other things that led us to believe it wasnt properly cleaned despite what we were told. I asked for a refund for that first day and never received it. The rest of the trip were alright, but our group of 10 would not stay here again.
