We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property. The views were absolutely beautiful, and having access to multiple pools made our vacation even more relaxing. The check-in process was a little confusing at first, but once we communicated with the host, everything was quickly sorted out. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with amazing views and great amenities!

Everything was Great, we enjoyed our time!

We had an amazing weekend in this property in the Fountainbleau hotel. Location is unbeatable if you want to stay close to a lot of places but don't want to be in the heart of South Beach with the noise and the craziness. The Fountainbleau has lots of amenities. We used the spa, the beach, the pools and the bikes (free the first 2 hours). Everything included with the stay. There are really good restaurants in the hotel but we went out for dinners too. Wynwood, Little Havana and Midtown were all a short Uber ride away. The apartment is very nice for a couple. Comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, jacuzzi and a balcony with a great view of the ocean but also overseeing Miami which provides a spectacular view at night from this 29th floor. We asked a couple of questions during our stay (about deliveries and the check out process) and got responses in less than an hour. Air conditioning worked well. Very important as it was hot this weekend. We didn't cook but there are plates, glasses, silverware, etc. If coming back to Miami, will definitely consider this property again.

We recently stayed in a Junior Suite at this property and unfortunately the experience did not meet the expectations that come with the price point.The most concerning issue was cleanliness. There were multiple clumps of long dark hair throughout the room when we arrived, and the floors were clearly dirty. Even after showering, it was impossible to walk around barefoot without your feet becoming dirty again or picking up debris from the floor.The bathroom also showed signs of poor maintenance. There was visible mold in the shower and several of the fixtures were rusted or had paint chipping, which is surprising for a room positioned as a premium suite. In addition, there were not enough towels provided for the room.The suite does have a beautiful view, which was one of the highlights. However, there was no balcony furniture at all, which meant there was no real way to sit outside and enjoy it.Inside the room, the lighting was very limited, making the space feel dark at night and somewhat uninviting. Overall, the room lacked warmth and felt like the bare minimum was provided despite premium pricing.Outside the room, the experience was also challenging. Valet parking and elevator access were frustrating and inefficient, and communication from the property was minimal.There is clearly potential here given the location and views, but based on our experience the room quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience did not align with the price being charged.
