Room and location for sure. The staff was incredibly helpful. I asked a quiet room and they gave me what I needed it! Thank you so much!
there is only one elevator and the entrance is very tiny.

The location of this boutique hotel was brilliant- just off Times Square on 7th Avenue. The beds were just amazing- so comfortable with soft linen, wonderful pillows- a great nights sleep!
The staff were brilliant- special mention for Daniel, Hugo and Sebastian who knew what drinks we preferred and were very attentive , the food was really good too.
Would highly recommend !!

We absolutely loved our stay. All of the employees were welcoming, kind, and helpful. The location was great for many of our activities. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was tasty. We really only have positive things to say and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
Because of the proximity to Times Square, there was some noise which might bother some travelers (3 of our group of 4 were unbothered, the 4th used ear plugs and was fine). Some might also find the rooms on the smaller/cozier side (this didn't bother us, but good to know in advance).

"Ein kleines, familiengeführtes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Der Timesquare ist quasi ums Eck und auch sonst liegt das Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den wichtigsten Orten. Wer Individualität mag ist hier..."
