There is a lack of room space, but for one person, it is completely enough.

The vibe is what you would expect and like about a Moxy. The bar area is nice and the bed was comfortable. They will keep luggage before and after check in which is very helpful.
The lights and electric blinds didn’t work in our room for the duration of our stay. We asked for this to be fixed on the first night, an electrician came and fixed the problem for about 10 minutes before they stopped working again. The loft hatch was missing for 24 hours with wires hanging out. The TV volume was stuck and so loud it was unwatchable. RUDE staff, not all of them, granted some were lovely but two of the men on the front desk and one on the bar were rude enough to put a bad taste in your mouth. We were asked to pay $50 for early check in to return later and told the room would be ready late from an already late check in time of 4pm. They charge $60 “destination tax” which is over the mandatory rate for the city, this was also included in the price for the next place we stayed so be aware.

Super Zentral, Subway in der nähe, modern eingerichtet!
Zimmer sehr klein, leider wird in den Ecken wohl eher wenig bis gar nicht gereinigt! Gerade im Badezimmer ist sowas nicht sehr schön!
Zimmerreinigung erst nach 2. Anfrage erfolgt.

- They charge you $25 a night extra and make you spend it by day in the bar/restaurant.
- The bar/restaurant had awful vibes, could feel other people also pissed off about it.
- Why was there a swinging egg chair in an already cramped room???
- Honestly the $25 charge really put a huge downer on everything for me - I should have just booked a better hotel for the same price
- Bedroom smelt of vinegar when we first got in
- Lighting system stupidly over thought
- Good luck trying to get the elevator in the morning, they seem to only enable 2/3 of them during the busiest time??

Lo mejor fue la zona pista de baloncesto y futbolín que tenía el Hotel. Lu ubicación excelente, y gratificante tener a 1 minuto del hotel Joe´s Pizza. Su fama le precede. Mejores pizzas de NY.
El personal poco amable, solamente él último día tratamos con dos personas agradables. La habitación asignada (5 primeras noches) daban a un patio interior sin luz. No pasaron ningún día a limpiar las habitaciones. Alguna de las toallas estaban para tirar, parecía que se las había comido un ratón. Lamentable. Las camas eran insufribles, no dignas de un hotel cadena Marriot. El último día nos dieron otra habitación, ya con vistas, pero las camas igual de poco confortables. No volvería a alojarme. Decepcionado.

The common areas at the 3rd foor were always lively. Great vibe but not over crowded. My 12 years old truly enjoyed the games and the baskaball court. We were able to grab a drink while he was having fun. We also played every day all together for 1 hr before discoverying the city. That was a great way to feel he was also having fun.
Location was great. Subway was around the corner.
Gym was very small, but very cute

we enjoyed the nice bar area it was convenient for a quick drink and snack food, but be careful with the prices.
I did not like how they essentially force you to use their bar/restaurant by collecting a nonrefundable credit that can be used only toward the bar/restaurant and even then they are a little secretive about not telling you to tell them at check out that you used the credit. Its very sneaky.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top. Situé à proximité du métro (5min à pied), cela permet de pouvoir se déplacer facilement.
Le rooftop est agréable pour finir la journée, plusieurs jeux sont mis à disposition gratuitement. Cependant les consommations sur place restent élevés.

La décoration est très cool. La musique du bar est top aussi. La vue depuis notre chambre au 17ème étage était superbe.
Le terrain de basket et les jeux d'arcades nous permettent de rester à l'hôtel sans culpabiliser.
Cette hôtel a été une vraie belle surprise. Je n'ai pas de mauvais commentaires.

Steve the doorman was superb and in general all of the staff were awesome.
No coffee maker in the room which is needed for me. The blankets on the bed are not great. The beds were ok. everything felt a little beat up and cheap as far as how trendy the chain of moxy tries to be. The happy hour food was absolutely atrocious. Velveeta cheese on the nachos?? Disgusting. Caesar salad was so bad I didn’t even know that was possible to make a bad Caesar.

Das Personal ist unglaublich lieb und hilfsbereit, die Lage ist top und Metro ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Außerdem super viele Food Spots in der Nähe
Leider konnte ich vorher nirgendwo etwas darüber lesen das pro Tag 25$ destination Fee fällig werden und man 100$ Kaution zahlen soll. Die 25$ sind dann entweder futsch oder man geht dafür in der Hotel Bar etwas trinken. Außerdem wurden mir vom Hotel nach 3 Tagen einfach so nochmal 50$ ohne Ankündigung abgebucht.

La posizione della struttura è ottima, a due passi da Fulton Station e appena si esce la Freedom Tower offre una vista meravigliosa. La colazione era a pagamento con dei limiti di scelta ma discreta nella quantità e qualità. Il campo da basket interno alla struttura con i vetri è spettacolare. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Le soluzioni salva spazio nella camera sono molto belle ed il bagno ha una doccia nuova. Wi-Fi buono. Vista dalla camera carina.
La reception è praticamente inesistente ed è assorbita da un bar il che porta a non avere un luogo di silenzio che non sia la camera, c'era caos e musica alta. La stanza ci è stata data sporca, con capelli per terra e polvere. Mancava una delle lampade del letto, i pulsanti che comandano tapparelle e luci funzionavano ma avevano la plastica rotta.
Prendere 25 dollari all'ingresso senza possibilità di scelta per una consumazione obbligatoria è sgradevole e non richiesto. Manca la cura del dettaglio in certi punti. Il bagno è bello ma il getto della doccia è debole.

Zentrale Lage - alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe (Metro, Shops, Restaurants, Starbucks…).
Moderne Ausstattung vom Hotel & Zimmer, Ausblick auf die Stadt und die Brooklyn Bridge ist echt super, nette Hotel Bar mit guter Musik um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.
Koffer Service nach Check-Out: wir haben morgens ausgecheckt aber sind erst am späten Abend zurück geflogen. Unsere Koffer konnten wir problemlos den Tag über im Hotel lassen, diese wurden sicher vom Personal verstaut. So konnten wir uns NYC noch entspannt anschauen und den letzten Tag genießen.
Die $25 Hotel Tax pro Tag die zusätzlich dazukommen. Man kann diese aber zumindest an der Hotel Bar umsetzen oder auch einen Ausflug zur Statue of Liberty machen oder Fahrräder ausleihen. Bleibt einem dann ja auch nichts anderes übrig ;)
Die Zimmer wurden während unseres Aufenthalts (1 Woche) nicht einmal sauber gemacht. Vorab wurden wir beim Check-In gefragt, ob es ok sei dass nicht jeden Tag sauber gemacht wird. Dass das aber heißt “garnicht” war uns nicht bewusst. Es wurden auch keine Handtücher gewechselt oder der Mülleimer geleert, das wäre schon schön gewesen. Wir haben einmal an der Rezeption nach neuen Handtüchern gefragt, haben wir dann auch direkt aufs Zimmer erhalten - die schmutzigen wurden allerdings nicht mitgenommen.

El hotel es muy bello. Las intalaciones enganan a primera vista.
Lo mejor de todo fue el servicio al cliente. Demasiado excelente!! No me esperaba un trato tan maravilloso. Fueron muy amables, dispuestos a ayudar y entendian cada pedido de la mejor manera sin peros ni mal humor. cada persona que llegue a tratar fue de lo mas calido y acogedor.
El servicio en el resturante. Quizas por la cantidad de personas que ellos tenian estaban muy ocupados y no supieron dar lo mejor de si pero aun asi, estuvo bien.

Het hotel ligt op een zeer gunstige locatie, vlakbij de Brooklyn Bridge en het WTC in de buurt zitten fijne restaurants.
Op de derde etage is een bar/restaurant waar je ook kunt basketballen of een spelletje kan spelen. Onze kinderen hebben hier echt van genoten. Wij hebben iedere ochtend hier ook gegeten en de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was goed.
De 25 dollar borg was nergens vermeld.

Front Desk Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us an upgrade because we were celebrating my partner's birthday. Bar/Restaurant staff was also very attentive and friendly. Great location near Fulton Center and WTC subway station. Room is in the small side, but it was clean and with a comfy bed.
Sometimes elevators were slow. We never got housekeeping, although they told us room would be cleaned after our 2nd night.
