i liked the area with the pool.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable because it was so soft. the bathroom was very bad, very dirty and old bad quality shower.

That it look as on the pictures. A little cute hotel, lovely pool area and I really liked the room.
The bathroom didn’t feel so clean and it was pretty dark. The pool could probably also need some more chlorine but that was my friend who mentioned that I didn’t notice myself.

Nice staff, the guys are great! It was alot cleaner the second day and decent location.
The air con is terrible, doesnt cool down the room at all. Cockroaches in the shower and the bed is way too soft which doesnt give any support. Pool is dirty and tiny, didnt see anyone use it in the three days we stayed. Stayed on the top floor, downstairs might be better.

Room service they don't come. you need to ask it seems. room is tiny.

location was OK, it's not that really central but close to everywhere.
the floor is clean but sticky. not sure why. one of the plug in the room didn't work good.

The staffs' hospitality are excellent, room size was good, and close enough to good restaurants, most important was they let us use their washing machine. for a couple days we are the only one who stay there so we felt that the whole villa was ours.
The breakfast was delicious and hearty portion for us but the menu was limited and the same everyday, only 2 choices between fried rice and noodles. The road was quite and dark at night.

Good location, just few minute walk to the street and yet can enjoy the relax ambience.

The apartment was spacious, only the kitchen was small.
The staff is very, very nice, I needed a smaller pot, I told the guys at the front desk I need one and they bought it.
If you are looking for a nice place to stay, this is it.
It wasn't very clean, dust on the furniture and the canopy from the bed was dirty.
The air conditioning filters should be cleaned.

Perfect base to explore Ubud. Rooms is comfy and clean, there are also washing machine and cooking facilities. The pool is small but lovely and clean!

Just lack of car park, i need to park in mainstreet.

Great location within walking distance of the centre of Ubud. Clean, modern rooms with very comfortable beds.
Friendly staff however some with English Language barriers. washing machine wasn’t working properly.
