Excellent location with comfortable, well-equipped and spacious rooms. Courteous staff. Ski rental/shop in the facility.

There is an additional charge for cleaning and changing towels: it should be waived when staying more than 3-4 days. Cleanliness of pool area could be improved. Lack of convenience/grocery stores in or around the property. Lack of a bar/café within the property - the only "social" areas are the pool and lobby.

Access to town and skiing. Nice room even though it was very small. We had a "premier" room, so the kitchen and bathroom were done very nicely.

No fireplace, that I was getting a fireplace from the picture. Where the condo fell very short was on the pullout sofa. The worst night of sleep in my life! This sofa must be updated, or the room should not be sold for 4 adult size people! The staff at the resort gave us some toppers, and it was better, but truly, this ruined the trip for me; I have back, shoulder and rib pain! Awful! This place would have gotten the highest of points, if not for the pullout sofa.
