Great lactation and great facilities - tv with Netflix and all apps.

The room smelt slightly when we arrived so we had to buy a few air fresheners. It was very clean but just had a slight smell.

That I had to travel across the river to South Perth to pick up the keys. That the instruction to do this was a footnote on the welcome email and easily missed. It was also not in the advertisement. I've never stayed in accommodation where travelling to an alternate address was a requirement, and it cost an additional $40 getting across the river and back. The heater didn't work, and taking the rubbish out at the end of the stay is also a ridiculous concept. The $1000 deposit was on the steep side, considering all the furniture in the apartment wouldn't have added up to that much. Im not an unreasonable person, but I won't be staying again.

It had all the facilities (except a dustpan and brush), it was comfortable & good location.

They charged us a mandatory $120 cleaning fee that wasn’t disclosed. The accommodation was advertised $661. They didn’t disclose that there was a mandatory $120 cleaning fee so I got a surprise that the cost rose to $781. On departure they asked us to take out the rubbish. What do they do for $120? They mentioned a $1,000 damage bond as well but that hasn’t been acted upon.

Kitchenette was great close to town

The apartment was great. Clean and spacious, with a fully loaded kitchen and laundry area. The location is good too, about 10 mins from the train station. There are lots of eaters nearby too and a number of them open till night.

The key collection is like a 5- 10 min drive from the apartment so if you aren't driving it's going to be a little more troublesome. And if you do have a car, the apartment doesn't have parking so you have to park like 5mins away ( which cost $$).
