Near NAIA Terminal 3

Our host gave us the best room ( which was a loft room ) I have ever stayed in at One Palm and I would gladly rebook with our host to get this room again. Very understanding with our missed flight with Cebu Pacific as we got this room at 10pm at night at what you would call the last second.

Modern studio apartment very close to terminal 3. Restaurants within walking distance.

Poorly maintained apartment. TV didn't work and microwave kept tripping it's circuit breaker. Broken kitchen sink tap handle. Soap dish in bathroom hanging from wall. Shower difficult to access. Large hole in bed linen.

Near airport and safe

No toilet paper, soap holder. I arrived early but the host arrived late

The accomodation was not One Palm instead were relocated to 81 Newport which is better.

The location and the putrid smell of some part of the place. Its just revolting

It should have been cleaner (toilets) The room needs a facelift. The couch needs cleaning disgusting stains on it.

Our stay was quite disappointing and the staff unprofessional. Rather than showing us to our room after checking in, we were made to wait while the concierge socialised with her friends in the lobby. We were then later disturbed in our room, having been told that we had been put in the wrong room. We were not provided with towels or toilet roll and the room had previous guests’ underwear left in the drawers.

Good location to shops and walking distance to the airport

Check in process was terrible as it is a complex with many tall buildings with thousands of flats security guy kept us tired after long journey in the rain with the luggage for 15 minutes as he got hundrets pieces of paper with names and it takes a lot of time for him to find it. Then he radioed somebody and shows us the building where we got greet by some strange woman in her dressing gown who took us to the 10th floor and give the keys to this horrible really dated room. Air con was some sort of 50 year old fan built in to the wall and was so loud that we couldn't sleep. Shower was so small that once u close the cabin door u can't move around to wash yourself. No bedding just some really old dated blankets. Items from previous guests still in the kitchen cupboards..
