The view is amazing, and excellent location. Room and facilities pretty clean and consistent.

I had a massive problem with my included breakfast. My reservation was for three people, but my sister is 17, and this is considered a kid for the hotel. However, the breakfast was only included for adults, and this information was not given to me once. I tried to look it up on the website or in booking, but I never found it. I just found it at the front desk of the hotel. But since I could do anything, I chose to pay a part. But now my biggest problem, when paying for her, is that she wasn't considered a kid. Now, she is considered an adult and pays 45 dollars daily for breakfast. It was a series of ridiculous decisions from the hotel, unfortunately.

Food was excellent and location unbeatable

Short-staffed for table serving (long wait at the table for food even if you have kids). The room service did not do our beds the second night although they did replenish with dry towels. The water of the pool and lazy river was not the cleanest

Little pricey on food and drinks

Everything! So much to do and lots of live entertainment and shows. Pools, kids areas and kid’s activities. Clean Beach!

Kids splash pad area water was too cold for kids to play most of the time.

We had two days they didn’t pick up our room. Having two kids we accumulated a lot of trash and needed towels everyday. I had to ask several times one day to get towels
