Love the property 2nd time here

Stayed at the enclaves last time. The rooms were awesome! This time we were at the villages which are older smaller rooms, Not the greatest. We were right across from the pool that was getting it’s yearly cleaning so we couldn’t use it.

Great pool area! Spent all day with the kids and family. Loved the options for the kids area. My son loved the activity room close to the pool in case they needed some down time. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Beds were sooo comfy! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to go away with kids/family/friends.

Clean, spacious, great pools love the lake and the ducks.

Our up stairs neighbors were very noisy, could hear them all thru the night walking around . It was a large group of young kids.

Pool is always great during day time but at night is different loud teenage kids with loud music, not what I am used too specifically because I have stayed In Marriott for over 10 years and it was some construction at the main entrance heading to the rooms. Very unsatisfactory in my opinion

We came for my son's 17th birthday and my son is developmentally delayed and he had an blast this was one of his best birthdays ever outside all the other bday parties I have given him this one top them all thank you Marriott Shadow Ridge for making our stay comfortable enjoyable and making my son feel wow and excepted thank you thank

Pool, beds.

AC didn’t work. It took them 5 hours to give us another room. It was 90 degrees in the room and we had two kids, which they knew. Restaurants on site were terrible.

Pool,

Our room was right next to Monterey Ave and the road noise was terrible. We had a two room suite and both of rooms windows faced the street. You should either put triple pan windows or figure out a way to deaden the sound. Since we were on the third floor the noise was amplified from below.

Outside property was very clean.

Our room was nice but not cleaned well or well stocked with shampoo & conditioner. They close pool at 10. Would have been nice to have it open longer. They don’t provide pool towels at the pool area, you have reuse them & wash them yourselves. They make you get out of the pool for 10 minutes I believe every 2 hours or so. Not sure why. You are allowed to have pool floats but make sure you bring your own pump because they will pump baby pool floats.

I loved the complimentary coffee in the room. I loved the text service. I loved the transportation service. The room was huge and clean. I loved that the tv had Netflix. I loved that it had a kitchen and washer and drier even tho we didn’t need to use it.

I didn’t like that a cockroach come in from outside the balcony. That was gross and scary. Although, I know it’s not the hotels fault. I didn’t like the bed too much. It was definitely worn in and was a little sunken in. I also think the cost of this hotel should be cheaper. I spent almost 600 dollars for only 2 nights with all the fees. I also didn’t like that the only restaurants on property were closed. I wanted to eat there. And the marketplace was so expensive. The pool can also be a colder temperature. It was 114 that day and the water was barely cold.
