Animation team where excellent Food at the buffet was good and varied

No possibility to eat outside the restaurant No snacks or desserts available outside the lunch and diner time. All access to the pool or beach where closed. Only the acces trough wards the stairs was available, we had to make a big turn every time we want to go to the pool or go back inside. We booked all-in but non alcoholic drinks as o fruit cocktail or virgin mojito where additional. The all in soft drinks where served in plastic and carton mugs. Even the coffee is served in carton mugs. Very low quality and very harmful for the environment. Every coffee served was served in 2 muggs!! the 2 available juices orange or citron where artificial and disgusting.

Nicely surprised. Good value for money. Kids enjoyed the most of it. The room was ok and cleaned each day. Variety of food. Good location. Well maintained. Honestly, reading the comment i was skeptical but at the end it was acceptable even better than aceeptable

The loud music everywhere all the day. Staff lacking training. Staff behaviour when you are Tunisian. Same animation as 20 years ago.

Best part of the hotel is its staff and the beach. Location is good. Specially thats to Saif from the Cafe Mar in the hotel for making the best coffee and shisha, Said nightshit in the restaurant for taking care of us all the time, animation team members Ahmed Madi, Marou and Nani for keeping us entertained. Yacine for exceptional service in the beach bar together with Ameur best lifeguard that we actually saw save a life.

Hotel is very dated, some room are being renewed but it still needs a lot of work. Phone in the room was not even connected, trouble with ac. Restaurant needs serious change, very poor and basic and tasteless, the wait staff was again making it all better experience with their positivity and dedication. Even tho we loved the animation team their Chief Sam was extremely unprofessional every night, every show he did. He ruined our last night with being waaay to pushy, using vulgar language and making us very uncomfortable with his comments and no sence of personal space and too much touching. I am personally from Europe but evenI was bothered by the way he was acting specially in front of kids and family and married couples with constant sexist comments. It was not funny nor entertaining,it was very embarrassing for everyone. Ive seen a lot of animation shows lead by a chief or a Dj but he really crossed all the lines to what is professional and tasteful, last night of our stay he made us so uncomfortable we left the show and since today we still didnt get any apologies from him. Again, rest of the team is absolutely amazing,they just really need a need better leader.

The food and location

Our expectations did not meet as the room on the pictures we booked is completely different from what we were given.The hotel needs a full refurbishment.Its too old.

The animations in the pool and the party at night also the architecture ,the decorations everything

The room need more cleaning from the room maid and some of the towels were toren

Swimming pool and the stuff working around the pool are friendly and the animation team was doing the best from 9am to 12am to make guests happy and don't feel bord.

Food was in low quality, no air condition in the restaurant, cats staying in the restaurant, cockroaches in the toilets, only one elevator works, Everything is old in the room towels, pillows, beds and TV.

Animation team was super make all my family happy. Special thank to the lady who was playing with our children she was amazing 💜

Basic breakfast, the building is a bit aging but maintained well and the rooms are clean and super comfy.
