wifi was exceptional, spacious condo, well equipped, great location, very comfortable mattress

very poorly soundproofed , could hear a lot from the neighbors and I don't think they were noisy, one cooking plate did not work, oven light did not work, dirt on top of refrigerator, washing machine made a sound the whole time it was on

One shower had a leaking pipe & shower head. The master shower head did. Not work at all until I repaired it. There were light bulbs out in the kitchen and the breakfast bar. We had to speak with three different hosts before finally getting the code over the phone.

Location, nice big kitchen

The carpet and floors were dirty. Had to wash all counters and kitchen supplies before use, the electrical sockets had issues. They were loose and wouldn’t hold the plugs. I couldn’t get wi fi for 3 days because the password was unavailable. I called three times to request it. The person left a vm and the password was cut of on my vm. 2nd day called and the person said they would find the password and text it. Never happened. Third day finally got someone who stuck with me and resolved issue. This impacted my business as I had deadlines to complete. TV was not working when we arrived. They told me to follow a link and go through all these directions. We didn’t have TV for two weeks. It was difficult to regulate the heat either too hot or when turned down wouldn’t work. This place needs some work.
