Beautiful views and spacious place in a small village near Menaggio (somewhat of a walk to actual Menaggio but not bad).

Toilet seat was broken upon arrival and never fixed. Was told it would be by management but no one ever came to fix. Prior reviews also mentioned a broken toilet, so being told by management it was “just broken by the last tenant” wasn’t too accurate. Based on the above, communication, clarity, and potentially honesty need to be worked on by management.

Very helpful check in with Rei, and good communication. . The apartment is truly lovely with wonderful views from the windows - and an absolutely fantastic terrace with a 180* panoramic seascape vista - we spent many happy hours there. The elevated position means your view is undisturbed by traffic. It is only a short walk to the (stony) beach and the harbour (and 'hop on/off' boats to Cinque Terra) and old town. We used the very secure garage - fee, but convenient parking in PV is very costly and difficult. In all, an absolutely super apartment- we will return.

Despite best endeavours by Rei, we had zero wi-fi. Given reason was 'technical". But noting other review, I feel that there is a recurring long standing issue - and the vendor needs to either fix properly and reliably- or remove from facility offered (sold!). Also - no problem to us, but be aware this is a hilly town! But a super place.

Nice view, nice location, very tidy. Roman pillars, master bedroom balcony is magnificent. furniture and fittings all quite new, and very clean place.

WIFI was a little odd and didn't work well.

Like everything, the host was very friendly, super helpful. I love the view from the main bedroom, the space, easy to find parking.

Great location, great view, close to the lake; property was well fenced, so even outside our dog ran loose! Floor and bathroom were very clean. Best equipped accommodation ever !

At our arrival there was grease on most of the pans and knifes. Everything else was okay though!

Clean, really good view, has everything you want for a pleasant stay.

We didn’t know about the stairs. If you have a lot of stuff or bad legged it’s 2/3 minutes long stairs.

Beautiful property because of all details inside, very clean and near the lake. The view from the master bedroom amazing:) We already miss Menaggio.
