Nicely appointed one bedroom, just a Beach Walkway from the gulf. Nice building. Ice machine included for cooler. Pool and 3 bar b q's. Spacious living area and bedroom. Sleeper couch. Plenty of parking.

It lacked trash bags, dish washing liquid. No toilet paper. No bath soap.

the cleanliness the quietness and the amenities

the beach/Gulf was behind tall buildings and could not be seen. But the walk to the beach was not far and I have neropathy in both feet. I made the walk three times. beautiful beach

l liked it’s location and proximity to the beach. it was nice having a private beach walk to the beach.

I didn’t like having to wash our towels in a coin operated laundry room. we paid a cleaning fee and I thought that should have covered it.

Unit was clean. Loved that it was a straight walk, access to the beach. Had a variety of amenities, coffee, cookware, cleaning supplies, and beach equipment.

Minor details with the unit we stayed in. Iron was broken.

Location was great, easy access to private walkway to the beach. Condo had chairs, umbrella, cooler and a cart which was super helpful to bring everything over to the beach. Although the condo building is on the older side it was very clean and well maintained.

The unit was nice and clean. And the location was well kept, swimming pool, all areas, and the beach was crossing the street with a private entrance.

Location/clean

No security fob to get into elevators and pool area. Group of 10 came in pool area playing music and stayed in the pool area all afternoon sat/sun. Didn’t know if they had a fob/key to stay here? Anyone can walk in to pool area no one checks it? We left pool area with other guests. Neighbors 405 were yelling/screaming in early morning, woke up all neighbors
