The location is amazing, and we came back this year for it! Last year's room was much better and cleaner (only two rooms over from this one). We love the heated pool, staff, location, and parking!

The mattress was covered with a flat sheet that kept moving around- where we discovered various coarse body hairs, long hair, and dirt. I had to go grab a flat sheet and blanket of my own (I decided to throw some in the car in case after reading reviews of all of the local spots as we booked the same day). I had to call the front desk to help me turn off the shower.. apparently, it takes two hands and a loud CLUNK as you force it to the right. I'm an athletic veteran and am not weak, but it needs fixing as the young man who helped agreed. I would never force anything that much without informing staff as I dont want to be charged for damages**. For a handicap accessible room, I'd expect ease! The TV was on when we got to the room, and I understood why when I went to turn it off later. The remote will bring up channels (the guide) but does NOT power the TV (tried all settings.. this isn't new to me). I suppose the cleaning team gave up trying as well, which explains it being on. I had to unplug it (mounted high on the wall) and replug for each use for my son. This room was disappointing, but as this is not our first time visiting Ocean 7, we know that things happen.. staff changes ect. We trust that Ocean 7 is still one of the good ones overall!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach and boardwalk.

Shower was dirty. Shower head looked like it had mold on it. The shower knob needs replaced. The shower head drips even when shut all the way off. The bed was very uncomfortable mattress is very worn out and uncomfortable. Pillows are very flimsy and one of the pillow covers was dirty good thing I travel with my own pillow cases. Overall it was just ok.

The locations was perfect - steps from the beach and boardwalk. The staff was super friendly. We used the kitchenette more than I thought we would. Everything was clean and comfy.

The bathroom was quite small and the elevator was slow.

Location was excellent. Room was clean and decor was nice (modern). Parking and beach tags were included. Staff interactions were good. We did not use the pool, but there is a pool. Communications with hotel were good. There is a kitchenette. We only used the fridge/sink. Bedding was clean and nice blankets were supplied.

Although clean, the room was not that comfortable. The room and bathroom were small. Beds were ok, not comfortable. There was nowhere comfortable to sit in the room. The toilet has a horrible toilet seat, which appeared to be a built-in child's potty seat. I was the only female in the room with 3 males so I had to keep dealing with that stupid seat. (Recommendation - remove the stupid seat. I'm sure people with little kids travel with their own trainer seats, or have a portable one available for them). They don't come in to take your trash or provide fresh towels, you need to ask for the towels at the desk.

The location for this hotel truly couldn't be better. You take a few steps and you are on the boardwalk. Room was perfectly sized for just two people.

Mattress was definitely needing an upgrade. We also found a couple beach ticks in the room.

The room was very comfortable for 2 adults and was ok for 3 adults, but no more than that. There were windows on both ends of the room which made it very bright. It was clean and the facilities were new. The location was the best part, just one block from the boardwalk at 7th Avenue. Kitchen had all of the essentials.

The bathroom was very small due to the fact that the space is shared with the kitchenette. The pool was only opened until 6pm, and the pool area seemed a bit confined.
