Nice location. The front desk staff was welcoming this time. A vast improvement from my previous experiences. Check in was hastle free.

Linens used are really filthy. Outdated bedding and sheets.

Ideally located with easy accessibility from the airport, close to metro station and bus station. Easy access to the heart of the city. MG road, Central Mall are located in walking distance. Well maintained rooms with clean towels and linens. Homely breakfast was provided tho items was a lil moderate. Super friendly staff. From the manager to receptionist to the housekeeping were all very welcoming and helpful to meet all our needs. Rooms are decently sized and well laid out. Roof top bar is decent. Food is decent.

Service was okay, could be better and faster. Food needs to better for the price they charge. Also less options also in the food menu. Bar could also provide cocktails and mocktails.

The ambiance was quite welcoming and charming. Staff were extremely helpful. Good for couples ,family and business people. Excellent location. Rooms were well arranged, clean and spacious. The bed cover & sheets were fresh. Glad to see the bath was well cleaned. Overall the service was prompt. The breakfast buffet was alright. Roof top bar was nice.

Parking was limited. Food options could be better. No mini bar in the room.
