Such a nice and clean room

I wish the hotel had its own transportation to Disneyland besides the buses

overall very nice loved the amenities

they informed us we could check in early but didn’t have the rooms ready even after the normal check in time so that was very inconvenient

Clean rooms. Loved the separate sitting area from bedroom and having a large fridge. But the best part was the pool and waterslides. Super cool to have Disney movies playing at the pool at night

Would have loved to be a little closer to Disney or have a specific hotel shuttle to the park. But Uber was fine.

Todo el complejo está muy padre, la habitación para familias grandes es excelente y cómoda. El desayuno muy completo y tienes opción de subirlo a tu habitación. Todo estuvo perfecto

No me gustó que en la página dicen que hablan español y solo una persona lo habla, además te hacen dos cargos extra, uno al llegar y otro al salir (independiente del estacionamiento) los cuales no saben cómo explicártelo, y en boocking no dice de estos cargos adicionales

There is a lot to like about this hotel. It is a great size for families and has all the important amenities for groups. The free breakfast is pretty impressive. The water slides, splash, pad, pool, and hottub were a hit with the kids.

There really isn't anything to dislike. The location is good, surrounded by food options, and right on the bus line to Disneyland.

Really confortable.

Very clean and had alot of activities for the kids.

The outdoor area. The 2 showers. The kiddie pool. The slides. The basketball hoop. The music outside. Bunk beds with a trundle.

The place has great amenities: gym, fabulous outdoor area, 2 showers, bunk beds, but the experience gets muddied with a lot of the bad: bad staff, bad operating procedures, bad lighting and design in rooms and hallways, bad “don’t do this” or “we’re watching you” or “it’s bright in this hallway so you don’t do bad things” energy. Specifically what I didn’t like: ALL the staff - they were all bothered. Security guards were rough, asking questions and in the way like hotel staff and not security guards. Short answers from staff. “I don’t know, ask the front desk” Too many “don’t” signs (maybe make a single one with more and smaller text maybe) and staff walking around surveying the outdoor area like security guards. It made it seem like you were doing something wrong. The lights in the hallways are EXTRA bright, almost flourescent - not the best at 11pm, and feels like a cheap motel and to prevent crime lol. The room felt a little dirty and smelled a little dirty like a casino hotel - it was a little musky. The couch in the room felt a little dirty and I didn’t want to sit on it when we got there, like the armrests looked a little brown and worn (maybe it was the bad lighting) The lighting in the room was more stark and not warm - makes the place feel dirty, and the furniture placement/choices felt clunky (white plastic table when you walk in; not enough room in the “living room” are bc there’s so much clunky seating). When I got there, there was no one at the front desk, so I wandered for 20 seconds to let the front desk person show herself, the security guard aggressively questioned me lol wow, not a good first impression. Front desk person was a little bothered too. When I was talking to the front desk person, all the lights in the lobby went 75% dim, and I asked her about it, she acted like it was a normal thing. It was midnight, so I guess, but all these weird experiences happened in succession within a few mins.

It was a nice hotel. Loved that our family was able to stay close together with joining rooms. Also, the beds were comfortable.

The bed frames. They poke out so far on the bottom and the corners are bad. I hurt my leg bumping into it.

So much to do!

Breakfast was great. Rooms were great but could do with more stuff like cutlery and crockery etc. milk etc in fridge.

Could do with more kitchenware in rooms and a little cleaner

O quarto suíte família é amplo e atendeu muito bem minha família.

Os chuveiros, dentro de banheiras são muito ruins, com pouquíssima pressão e quantidade de água. Tivemos problemas com as cortinas que estavam quebradas e com a luz da beliche que também estava quebrada.

Proximity to Disneyland and knowledgeable staff about it. Clean.

Room was so far from the lift for a family checking in at midnight. Also sofa bed wasn’t ready or at least no instructions given so had to run around asking questions at 1am

The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had and it was all complimentary!

We loved the space in the room - a totally excellent space for a family.

Check in is very late at 4pm which can be tricky - however access to the fantastic pool helped:

El hotel en general es muy bonito y moderno, las habitaciones excelentes.

Excellent hotel, perfect location for Disney, bus to park out front. Great facilities including heated pool, water slides, basketball, coffee, food and drinks in house. And in a complex with Starbucks and a few chain restaurant.

Check in seemed a bit all over the place when we arrived, no run down of the hotel or facilities and had to chase up things. May have been an off day, as otherwise staff were very helpful. Then another family were given the same room and keys to access our room half an hour after we arrived, with no apology from the hotel.

The amenities were great. We loved the pool/water slides in December and the hot tub. It was very warm on cooler days. We enjoyed the breakfast which was plentiful and the full size and mini Mickey waffles. The family room worked well for our family of 6. The restaurants across the parking lot made great dinners for our crew. We would definitely stay here again. This feels like a family-geared hotel.

If you book on booking.com, make sure to check your bill at the hotel when you check out. I paid the resort fee with booking.com in advance, and got charged again by the hotel in addition to paying parking at the property (the charge I expected). It is easy to miss this extra charge in the confusion of parking fees and the security deposit (which I got back, no problem).

It was clean, very friendly staff.

Everything in the Motel was outrageously over priced. For the price we paid, some extras would have been nice. Like flavored creamer for coffee.

Location is GREAT, plus a Starbucks and good restaurant across the st. Kids love the bunk-beds, the mickey shaped waffles for breakfast, and the pool area. There's even a shop with Disney merch in the lobby.

1 or 2 spots in the room that were dirty from a previous guest affected our experience. Also, we were really excited about the water slides and found out there was a height restriction, my son is 110cm and couldn't go on :( Avoid busy times for breakfast because lines are crazy for waffles.

Excelente en todos los sentidos

Catalina was a major help and definitely made our trip extra special. We loved everything about the hotel including the breakfast! We can't wait to go back!

Propre, bien placé, offrant un petit déjeuner standard.

J'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de devoir payer une taxe supplémentaire en arrivant alors qu'il était noté que tout était déjà réglé. A noter également que le parking est payant et non gratuit comme peut le faire croire l'annonce.
