The location is a bit far from the beaches , there is a taxi “ company “ front of the hotel owned by the locals

Clarence the manager was helpful

It is not a four star property, it was dirty with litter everywhere

The rooms were dusty Not enough towels and hand towels No floor mat in the bathroom Chairs in the balcony were not similar and dirty Breakfast was mediocre House phone not working properly Furniture in the rooms were of poor design and quality Walls were not painted properly. Too many defects visible. Bathroom exhaust fan not adequate

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is ideally located within a short ride to Anjuna Beach. The hotel is built around a marvelous swimming pool which offers a nice alternative to the beach or an additional leisure spot. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and they often go the extra mile to fulfil guest's wishes. The cook offered to prepare me a sandwich on my day of departure probably knowing that there are not too many opportunities to eat at the airport. Chottu from the housekeeping department did also a great job by taking care that my room was always clean and tidy and the bedlinen properly stretched. I definitely would like to return one day to this place.

It is difficult to think about something that I did not like, but maybe there could be more varieties of coffee available at the breakfast buffet.

Food was awesome and behaviour of staff is extremely good. Staff is helpful and friendly. Chef and management team is personally taking care of everything.
