The room we had was a excellent size - i had a sofa bed, and my daughter and mum had the bedroom. There are local restaurants and coffee places across the road which were really a great surprise. We took the bus which was literally outside the hotel to town and it was a easy and quick trip. The breakfast was also very good and changed every day.

Room was a good size, view of pool and sea. really nice pool and good atmosphere. breakfast buffet was delicious with so many options. Bartender and service staff were exceptional and very welcoming

shower drains poor, no nespresso coffee refills was disappointing as previous hotels refilled daily

The room is clean and modern. Good WiFi. Tasty breakfast and dinner. Lovely pool and sunbathing area. Friendly and caring staff. The beach is a two minutes walk.

The area outside the hotel is not nice. Not many places to eat nearby or have a walk.

The staff were fantastic and the world needs more exceptional bar staff like Marinos, the mojito king!

Kind and helpful stuff. Good breakfast, however coffee was below our expectations. Great fresh orange juice. Good swimming pool and couches, recreation area. Everything was clean and tidy. Local cats.

It would be more convenient if soap and shower gel/shampoo were put into dispenser.

Beautiful garden and pool area and great to have our own private pool too. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous relaxing stay. Thank you.

We had a villa with a private swimming pool that was heated. The bed was confy and the staff was extremely flexible, nice and welcoming. I would advise to get a car to move around the island. The design if the place is quite modern contemporary so the vibe is right.

Overall i have nothing bad to say i thing this was a solid 10 for me. This said, if i could give an improvement point would be try to expand the selection of foods at breakfast. For example try to expand the fruit selection. The rest i think is fine and the cakes were devine!

Good size of the room, Place built well and looks beautiful. Parking available right next to the rooms.

Receptionist for the evening shift was not very professional and a bit rude, couldn't help us with the problems.

The bar staff, waitresses, kitchen and evening staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel grounds were beautiful, truly well thought out and amazingly sculptured.

Now for the frustrating and bad. On the first night, we had booked a standard room due to late arrival and we were happy with the room until we realised the water from the sink and the toilet was brown. As a result, we were forced to use bottled water to brush our teeth. When we moved into the executive room with the Jacuzzi, we found exposed electrical wires, and a socket that didn’t work so we both couldn’t charge our phones at the same time and a broken hammock on the smaller balcony. In addition to the mould in numerous places in the bathroom, there was also a broken toilet seat. Which became more frustrating as the days went bye on the second evening. The toilet seat completely broke so the following morning I asked the DAY receptionist to see if maintenance could fix it and to my surprise, nothing was done. On the following day, I asked again about the toilet seat and we were told that maintenance would look at it when they arrive. On the third day we asked the evening receptionist and she said she would leave a note for the DAY receptionist to speak to the maintenance person. On the fourth day, I spoke to the other evening receptionist, as I felt that the DAY receptionist was doing nothing, and she said she will leave a note to speak to the maintenance person. Unfortunately, it fell upon deaf ears, once again. During this ordeal my partner was forced for two days to squat when peeing and it resulted in us having to come down to the main building to use the toilet facilities which again we found a broken toilet seat, but at least this one was still attached! Happy to provide further photographic evidence if needed!!!!!!

Beautiful, newly renovated hotel with lovely staff. the room was prepared with great care and detail. The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast had lots of freshly made choices. We stayed for one night. Would definitely recommend.

You need a car, we were a little early before the season opened but like it like that, so great beach good food
