The views was amazing , and hotel services was really helpful and generous And it was feel like you outside of Israel. , I would like to expand on the manager of the hotel, her name is TONI, she was charming, helped us and was so patient, changed our experience to a much more pleasant and positive one, without a doubt, I will return to the hotel only thanks to her

This hotel does have a beautiful view of the ocean/beach. The room was spacious. Big selection on their breakfasts. There is free parking in their basement.

On the surface the room looks modern. But looking closer, cracks or wood chipping on the bottom of the door, the coffee table needed an upgrade. I didn't find the service very helpful or accommodating. I needed to iron my shirt. There was no iron on my floor in the laundry room. (every floor has a laundry room). I called the front desk. Instead of sending someone up. They told me try the floor below. I did and there wasn't one there either. I tried the floor below that and still no luck. An easy thing to improve is to have chilled music played in the lobby. Pool was packed with kids and families (I guess that's something you can't control) The next day we had some breathing room. We had a good time but this hotel is lacking ambience & vibe.

Loved it was so clean and the view was great, food was great, pools amazing. Overall amazing

as always, the location is great, the staff is welcoming for the most part, the view is perfect and the comfort of having a large area within the hotel to have meetings, enjoy a wonderful Asian restaurant or fresh baked goods within a few steps from the room is just amazing, totally amazing if you book through booking.

This was the first time I took a room not through booking; my review contains a 12 days of staying at the hotel, and 1 night i had to take extra as my flight was delayed, i regret to say that unlike many times i stayed at the VERT, this time my experience was awful, I mostly had no one to communicate with about the issues I faced, and unfortunately had many; the first room I received had a broken toilet, and the AC was not working, after BEGGING to change a room (as the WC was fixed but still made noises throughout the night) i got a room with a broken shower when that was repaired i found out the door lock mechanism was not locking the door and when i announced it to the reception I was told they will fix it immediately - but it stayed the same till the day i left. when i booked our last night i specifically wrote the room to my partner who is not iserali and somehow we were forced to pay the VAT for both rooms - i get mine was needed to be taxed, but his? no answers were given.
