the location is fine
I arrived by metro from HongQiao airport and wandered half an hour to get to the Hotel entrance; there are almost no indications inside the terminal. The Hotel staff did not speak a single word of english and my credit card (VISA) seemed not to be working with them; I had to call my bank to make sure it had not been blocked and was operating normally. The credit card was finally accepted once I threat them not to pay. Finally they wanted me to give them cash as deposit anyway. Unbelievable

Accessibility from both - Hongqiao Railway Station and from Airport T2 by walking. It’s located inside Terminal 2 at 3rd floor near Gate 4. Food and Supermarket 10 min walk away in Hongjiao Train Stn. Hotel super comfortable. Good choice when traveling from / to Hongqiao.

Location at airport and train station is nearly unbeatable. Also directly at underground lines which may take you to downtown in less than 30min. Rooms are comfy, clean and of perfect size. Big choice at breakfast for western and chinese taste

Location : it’s in Terminal 2 so very convenient for early flight ;
Facility : very clean and solid
personnel : professional and nice, always try to find solution (they changed my room so that I can see the planes)

If you need to fly out from Hongqiao airport, this is the ultimate place to stay. It is literally in the airport terminal and just a two-minute walk to the check in counters at the airport. It has large, spacious rooms, that are clean. The air-conditioning actually works and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are a range of food options both in the hotel and in the airport terminal
We left early in the morning and had a large amount of luggage to take down. Unfortunately there was no one on duty who could help us with our bags. They eventually woke someone up to come and help us.
