Breakfast and location

The condition of the room very old . And the ac wasnt working but eventally they repaired it

pool was not maintained well no value for money at all

no valet parking ,water was crap water in swing pool got skin disease

Interior of the room was ok

Breakfast spread is decent. Includes a variety of cuisines and items. The room had an ironing board and an iron. Room was spacious with a work desk and a lounging chair available.

The upkeep of the facility is not that of a 4 star property. Minimal toiletries in the bathroom, just soap and shampoo. Not even a tooth paste. No bathroom slippers. The towels have outlived their useful life and are more gray than white, though were clean. The furniture could do with some upkeep. The wooden floor needs polishing.

Location is good, amenities are good.

Few of the staff need etiquettes on how to speak with the guest. They need more training.

The location, and ambience is good. The area is quite.

The menu QR code was not there in the room. There are multiple restaurants within the hotel, was not aware of it.
