I don't think there is anything which can be termed as good about the hotel.Its not worth a mention.

At the onset of reaching the hotel at Darjeeling itself I had a mixed feeling that it's not what was shown on website. Location was far from the main town.Room were small .Bed was not comfortable.Geyser not working,door lock was broken. TV was not working, no intercom facility to reach reception the mobile number was not answered most of the time.Food was average with cost on higher side. My booking had breakfast included in it but hotel did not honor that.l had to call booking.com for help which was a nightmare in itself. Even the cook here says that he handles account.The owner who was available did not had the courtesy to come and see us off. I don't think the facility has expertise in running a hotel. Booking.com also should stop recommending about a facility. You all need to fix your portal which gave a wrong information on location and customer service the agents were not able to understand and help me out.

The behaviour of staffs was very nice and they were cooperative. Food was also very tasty. The hotel is very good for group as well as family.

Don't book it from oyo instead book it directly.
