Our family really enjoyed 3 large bedrooms!! Full kitchen & Large living room! To be honest, Amazing price for this size and quality place. You have space for everything. Safe and central location! There is a grocery store within 3 mins drive. Recommending renting a car in LA as you can imagine and you will have 100% private Free parking under your house for regular size cars or suv. PS: It will fit but little difficult for suburban size suv. We had regular size car and there was zero issues. Thank you for the great stay!!

This is the second time we stay here, last time we stayed like two weeks. Me and my family really enjoyed!! It’s huge, more than 1700 sq foot + Outdoor space for a price of small average room. Including free parking as well! Our villa become "home" the moment we walked in. It was spacious, modern, and very easy to settle in to. Lots of places to put everything you came with. Really clean!! SAFE! The kitchen was complete, and we were able to prepare full meals with no problem. GREAT LOCATION to explore LA! Close to everywhere!!

This was the first time in many years of travelling (see the list of my past bookings) when we had to leave the property IMMEDIATELY upon arrival due to an outrageous sanitary condition of the premises (please see photos): • Dirty floors that your feet stick to with small rubbish in the corners and on the stairs, • Broken furniture with chipped off corners, etc. • Broken walls with the traces of feet or something dirty all over, • Heavily stained and worn-out towels and linen – and judging from the color and density, these were old stains that have survived many washes, • Stains of urine on the mattress protection and on the mattresses themselves – massive and dark, urine over urine obviously, • Garage too low to fit the car (we had Toyota RAV4) and neighbourhood seemed unsafe. • Also, non of the paintings, plants and small decoration in the pictures were present, but this was the least of our concerns at that point. We inspected the property in the presence of a 'maintenance person', notified the owner (by sms as he wouldn't pick up the phone) and left. Luckily, we found an alternative accomodation for extra USD 2’900. We were sure that since we could not check in due to material breach by the owner, we would get a refund for this booking. Chockingly , the owner insisted on keeping the ENTIRE 100% payment for the stay (USD 3’800) charged on our card a week before the arrival date. Eventually, he offered to reimburse only state taxes & fees (USD 800 - 1’000) but on the condition that we formally cancel the trip on Booking (thus foregoing the possibility to give a review). In any case he insisted to keep the remainder USD 3’000 regardless. Propositions to retain one night’s fee max or reimburse the cost of the replacing accommodation were ignored.

Great location close to restaurants and a supermarket and not far from "everything". The apartment was modern and clean, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfect for our family. Great beds. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. We really recommend it!
