Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is currently being renovated and will be really nice once completed.

A clean place. We had problems with our reservation and don't know where it went south — somewhere between Expedia/Hotels.com, the reservation was mistaken. We only had one of the two rooms reserved, and the other room (two queen beds) was unavailable. The staff was polite and corrected the problem the next day. We found our reservation in our emails and they found the right-sized room after the first night.

Be advised that customer service front desk was rude, also when trying to contact them several times they would not answer phone at all and would rederect to operator and would never answer , bed sheets had a few blood stains that was discusting , noise on upper level they was drilling or renovating up stairs and you can hear all the renovation, over all was a horrible experience at this location

The only concern was the shower. Took a shower and didn't need the accommodations for the handicap showers. Water went all over the floor. Got the towel mat wet making it more dangerous. The shower head should be mounted on front wall with a extended shower head like you have. But all in all it was a great stay.

The first room I was given had an issue with the faucet in the tub. Once it came on, it would not go off. It was inconvenient; however the staff gave me a different room. We LOVED your heated pool, very nice!

Bed was awful! Mattress felt like sleeping on a board. Nice linens don’t make up for an awful mattress. Won’t stay here again.

The mattress are not comfortable. After all day driving from another State we will like to rest in a comfortable bed. Both beds were too hard.

When I arrived the girl that was checking people and made us wait at least 20 minutes while the woman ahead of us had to go back-and-forth to her car to find what she needed to get checked in. I think she was having trouble with her card. I’m 81 years old walk with a cane, have a hip replacement and Diamme with cancer. I don’t think she should’ve made us wait That woman that she was waiting on wasn’t ready to check in apparently

Love HIE. Our preferred hotels when driving cross country. BUT, they all need more hooks in the bathroom. Also, there is no recycling in place. Years ago in the HIE in Gananoque, Canada all breakfast containers from butter pats to heavy/duty cardboard plates were being recycled; same for soap slivers. We need to up our game in the US.

First of all checking did not take more than one minute it was super fast. Mia at the front desk was so polite, professional, and welcoming. Our room was super clean my wife normally brings Clorox wipes to wipe off countertops and these were really clean. No dust or dirt. Room was spotless. Overall, it was a good stay. I can’t forget the breakfast. It was good they had a variety. Definitely would stay again.

The front desk staff wasn't trained to handle an orbitz reservation and said the CC was denied and it wasn't my card. I spent 30 minutes trying to check in and finally she said her manager would fix it tomorrow. Just a very frustrating situation and no one seemed to know what to do. One was terrified and the other didn’t care and offered no help to the new employee.

The young lady that checked us in was not trained at all, not only not knowing the process for a reservation thru Expedia but any customer service tact at all. She followed a script to walk the three people in front of me thru the same process at 10 minutes each

Front desk staff was not knowledgeable and had a hard time completing the simple process of checking myself. Normally, the regular staff is very good. I stay at this hotel periodically, and I never seen this person before. I'm guessing they were new, but they were not particularly sharp.

My family was allowed to check in much earlier which was a blessing so we had time to get ready for the funeral.The lady at the fronk desk was really sweet and helpful.

Well apparently corporate office canceled my rooms!! They did have one but not the other! Hotels .com is supposed to reimburse me my money! Never had any problems before and it was very frustrating!

Room was not ready for check in at 7:30pm. We needed 4 set of towels, only had 3. No big deal to call and request more. We did call and request more. Noticed the soap dispenser for shower was out also. So requested soap for shower later as well. Never received either item, no towels and no bath soap. 2 different phone calls and never received.

The Hotel was easy access from interstate. I have been charged twice , Expedia charged me at time of online booking and the hotel also charged at time of arrival I phoned the hotel and was told they saw where I was double charged and would credit my card back but would be within 10 days. If the charge can be immediate so should the reversal
