False, fake hotel, fake booking, Need back my money, Report the false booking and the concerned person

Don't waste your money and valuable time visiting this hotel. It is inside streets of nayagaon . When i reached there they refused to give me the room at that price on which I booked . They said Oyo shows low rate but room rent will be more than online price . Staff was drunk and they were not able to even check the reservation. Bad service, unprofessional behaviour and unsafe surrounding

We did't get room there even after paid full payment and confirmation with them in email. They told us they don't have any vacant room and they don't provide that room the money we paid. I don't know, then why they email us with confirmation. They would told us that in the beginning not when we are the at there hotel.

I don't like anything,our first experience with them is worst. My parents and my sister were faced sudden changes which is really upsetting frustrating.Suddenly they have to look for other hotel la near to them and struggled getting one in there budget.

breakfast was good

room wasnt cleaned properly and washroom was pathetic!!

Everything at this hotel was quite good. Staff was cooperating. But wifi was not good.
