Zum Frühstück gab es leider keinen Espresso oder Cappuccino sondern nur amerikanische Kaffee. Grosser Ansturm am Buffet. Kein Minibar im Zimmer. 16:00 Uhr ist deutlich zu spät im einzudecken.

We did like the room size, and the cleanliness of the room was great. I took lysol wipes with me, and I wiped down the handles, counter tops, and even the remote and toilet, and the wipe was BARELY dirty. It was pretty clean! Happy hour was great. TWO free alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, any house made like cranberry and vodka) for every 21+ yrs in your room. It's gorgeous in the lobby, and the breakfast was decent. It was nothing like the pictures, at least on the first morning. The 2nd morning, we got there 2 minutes late, and the doors were shut, but based on what people were bringing back to their rooms, it looked a little better. There was someone at the main door at all times like an unarmed security/patrol. So I felt safer.

The parking was VERY confusing. Don't park in the "provided" parking that costs 35 or 55 a night. Park on the street is free. The parking spots are very tight because of the poles in the parking area, also stank of weed so bad and even in the elevator. The pool had NO CAMERAS in it, so when a lady broke her glass from the bar. I ran for towels to protect the kids, then went to the front desk, and I was blamed by the two men who cleaned it up. I even helped them by finding random chunks so the kids wouldn't get hurt and it wouldn't enter the pool. There's also a HUGE pillar blocking a good portion of the pool so it could cause a potential accident. There is a $25 "destination fee" per night, which I was not aware of, but don't worry, they give you $25 voucher for the overly expensive restaurant or the grab and go market. The restaurant is open to the public, which I guess is common in DC. They do reserve tables for hotel guests, which was nice.

One of the best hotel experiences in recent times. Can’t think about anything negative about my hotel stay. Excellent room, great pool, superb complimentary breakfast and very reasonable rates.

The hotel is correct, but nothing special.

This hotel charged multiple times my credit card for about extra 300 dollars what I owed. I realized it quite quickly, and the reception manager told me that it is understood (they added by accident one extra night) and everything should be returned. But to my suprise, two days after I left this hotel, they charged me yet another 57 dollars. I send them a message via booking messaging system, but got no answer. It seems to me that their computer system do these transactions, and not a human staff. Such situation happened to me for the fist time, and it is unacceptable. I expect that if there are some extra payments then I am charged during checkout, or I am contacted and asked to pass by reception desk to pay my costs. Now I need deal with my bank to oppose these unauthorised transactions,

I liked the inside of the hotel and I really likes the fountain of stairs

I didn’t like the 25.00 use it or lose it cards that was prepaid (which by the way I didn’t request) and when I went to use it they didn’t have anything to my liking for purchase. I lost 2 days. Also one of the staff members from the kitchen made my daughter feel uncomfortable about nursing her baby. I was very annoyed about the situation. The manager was very kid and the lady did apologize. However overall my stay was ok.

Our first room the Air Conditioning was not working properly and there was a mildew water smell from the sink. Second room the fridge didn’t work and the water did not go down in the bath tub. Called front desk lady was rude and hung up on me. Cleaning service never came. Will not go back

Not enough toiletries. We got only 2 toilet paper for our 3 night stay. We can't connect to the wifi. We don't have body soap. We paid so much. I am so disappointed.

I like the actual hotel. The facility was nice. It had a nice location.

So before I came, a friend of mine cancelled and tried to change rooms to save a little money. I was told that my room could not be changed, and that I would have to get it changed through Booking.com. However, Booking.com told me that I would have to contact the hotel so after about 30 minutes of back and forth with both, I just decided to keep the room. Further, during one of the calls with the hotel staff, I was told that there would be no additional fees when I got to the property. So when I arrived to the property, I was informed that I would have to pay $50 a day for parking, $11 for a resort fee," and that a $300 hold would be put on my account. I tried to explain to the lady at the front desk that I was told I would not have to pay anything and she outwardly expressed her annoyance and kept stating nothing but "I need $300." I thought this was rude and disrespectful. Even with all the extra fees I decided to stay. When I went to breakfast the next morning (July 21), there was a man working the omelette station, a taller dark-skinned man, that was visibly agitated at the line for the long for omelettes. The person in front of me asked him to make two omelettes and he said "Oh my God." The next day another customer discussed how rude he was, I did not see her the first day. So I am assuming that he had an attitude with all the customers that day. Further, I called for towels and sheets several times. I would have to call twice to get anything. So overall, a lot of things could have been better.

good location,good room, good pool & jacuzzi, good services (rich breakfast, complimentary drinks at 5.30pm etc).

in 3 days of stay I had no room service at all on the 1st day(although requested explicitly).On the 2nd and 3rd days I had only minor room services , such as trash removal. No replenishment of various items such as coffee, coffee cups (in fact absent from beginning), etc.

The added amenities like the voucher cards and made to order breakfast and also the complimentary evening receptions!

The long waits for housekeeping

Well stocked breakfast and lively happy hour! The complementary cocktail was a nice touch—and very “blue.” :) Beautiful atrium lobby. Friendly and helpful staff, especially bellhop Kevin. The room was clean and comfortable, and the living area was a bonus—wasn’t expecting such a large space.

Since I like to walk, the hotel turned out to be a little farther than I anticipated from major sites (especially with the heat), so I ubered more than I intended to (but still walked at least one way). I never had a chance to check out the pool or gym, unfortunately.
