The shower didn’t have a lot of pressure…. But it was still okay.

Location to Grand Haven.

The leak stains on the ceiling of our room. Item was a clean room but the ceiling stains were off putting.

The staff was exceptional! Kate answered all of our questions professionally and provided us with whatever we needed within her means.

We are learning that booking through Booking.com has its disadvantages. When we checked in, we asked about the room view and were advised that because we booked through Booking.com, we couldn’t change our room. This put is with a direct view of the rusting roof over the pool equipment room/Burger Theory. Other guests even flicked their cigarette butts onto that roof for our viewing pleasure. We were also under the impression that breakfast was included with our stay, it was even noted on our booking, but on the second day when we went to get breakfast, we were advised that it was not. We discussed these challenges with the front desk staff and are now considering going straight through the hotel booking in the future.

I requested a 1st floor room and was told through email that my request would be accommodated. When I arrived I was given a 3rd floor room. I'm assuming the rate for a 1st floor room is more expensive than a 3rd floor room. If that's the case, I'm a little disappointed.
