Good value and great location

Staff was great. Very polite and knowledgeable. Food options were great. Breakfast was good but a little pricey. Location was fantastic. Room was clean and well stocked.

There is nothing I can say I did not like.

Would definitely come back and stay here again

Easy location to access all that DC had to offer - walking distance for everything. Great staff and in house reataurants hit the spot!

Our room had the train tracks right outside - made for noisy late night when returning to our room and relatively early wake up call

Underrated on reviews.. very nice!! Front desk staff especially Rita were exceptional

Everything except the bedding.. mattress could use a pillow top and 3 full-sized pillows each (king bed). Just saying that’s how we’re most comfortable

I may choose another hotel next time.

Good location, clean room, good water pressure.

Breakfast doesn’t worth the money. The sound insulation is bad that you can hear train noise and people speaking next room.

Good. Front desk staff were helpful, but very serious and not smiling at all.

Front desk fixed my wrong booking dates quickly and didn't charge me. Breakfast was good

location is sketchy. One dares not to ask an extra question or for clarification to teh front staff. They could be a bit more wlecoming and accommodating. Staff at breakfast are like prison guards looking to see if anyone is taking any food with them out of the breakfast room - very uncomfortable!

Could have chosen another place

LOCATION

WE PAID USD 2000 FOR 5 NIGHTS. I HAD EXPECTED MUCH BETTER STANDARDS. 1. NO DUVET - V THIN BLANKETS WERE GIVEN - NOT COMFORTABLE 2. TOWELS WERE BITE SIZE NOT BATH SIZE 3. TV WAS NOT SMART - COULD NOT CAST TO IT. 4. SHOWER WAS PATHETIC

The location was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Added seating in the room would be nice. Glad to have restaurants on site which were both nice eateries.

A few staff members at the front desk (particularly during check in and check out)both gentlemen weren't overly friendly or engaging. They didn't seem that they wanted to be there. The "market" in the hotel is a nice idea but why don't you put the price on items being sold. I find this a little deceptive. The cost of parking at 53 dollars per day is a bit excessive.

Staff was warm and friendly! Hotel was clean and close to everything.

Staff was amazing

There was work going on either on the upper floors or possibly next door. Around 8:30am it sounded like a jack hammer throughout the whole hotel.

I would stay again but would like a softer bed and a lot less noise!!

The noise of the room was atrocious. The fan/heater/AC was so loud not to mention the trains. The bed was too hard for my liking.

Administrador del Hotel no facilite doccumentación necesaria para sustentar un cobro que el sistema hizo dos veces pero que el hotel no recibió, falta de transparencia del cobro hacia el huesped.

Great stay- I would stay there again.

Location was great, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very comfortable.

AC /heat control was strange - turn one degree up, room super hot, one degree down, room super cold, and coffee maker in room didn’t work (didn’t tell staff) At first key required for elevator for security- second day, no key required (did tell staff)

It’s an excellent location and so convenient to visit museums.

the bed is comfortable and shampoo and bath products are good。

The shower head is very bad to adjust. Wish there’s a microwave oven in the room.

Lo mejor es la localización, pudimos ir andando a los museos Smithsonian y el National Mall.

Prima ligging op twee minuutjes stappen van metrostation. Groot bed, ruime badkamer met goeie douche. Excellent ontbijtbuffet.

We logeerden hier in december. Lakens op het bed waren veel te dun, dus te koud. Zelfs na een extra “deken” gevraagd te hebben nog steeds te koud. Verwarming in de kamer was erg luidruchtig.

I was disappointed in our stay.

Close to Capitol and Train Station. Shower water pressure was good.

You could hear the trains at night. There were no USB plugs. Three of the four lamps had light bulbs burned out in one room.

Great spot for museums and Capitol

Excellent location to visit the Capitol, monuments, museums & galleries. Safe location to walk around from. As per most of the Capitol area, there are few local amenities. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. We paid extra for the buffet breakfast ($20) - tasty with a good variety.

The room we booked was large but noisy - a few meters from a rail track, with trains running and tooting their air horn and kept us awake all night. The heating unit was an air blower and again noisy (like an aircraft taking off). We moved rooms after the first night (thanks to the staff for facilitating this) - much quieter on both fronts

nice location, everything was beyond clean and the people working were nice. came for a concert and was only like a 15 minute walk to the Wharf district so that saves you money on Ubers.

A good location for a short stay in DC

Convenient location . Clean bathroom . Good restaurant on property. Staff was friendly.

Train tracks next door pretty loud. Rugs needed replacement.

Great cozy location for a short stay.

Location was good. Right down the street from the metro which made everything in town easily accessible. Nice beds and rooms.

Food could have been better for breakfast and would have liked for it to be included with stay as it was a hefty price at $20 a person. Rooms should be upgraded with smart tv’s so you can have more channel and entertainment choices.

Location was great but would not return to this place unles it’s been updated.

The location was great. Free food for kids was a good perk too.

Room was dated. The bathroom door didn’t close well. The phone had no directory. Most hotels I’ve been to have info in the drawers for tourists too lol at - that was not the case. The waitress we had at breakfast on our third day there was super rude.

Would defintely stay here again. Very nice and affordable.

We liked that the Location, Room size, cleanliness, and the staff. The staff were topnotch and very tentative to their patrons. The hotel was also very affordable to stay at.

We did not like that their was a cost of breakfast. We decided to forgo this, and have breakfast through other means that were more cost efficient for our budget. We also did not like the cost of parking, this was also another factor in choosing to fly and use public transportation to get around.
